Many times location not working in PE rom on both android versions 9 & 10. But works well with miui, lineage & other roms. network, cast screen, everything fine except location. Plz help.....

Dual SIM issue

I have been using this ROM on redmi 3s for some time and I have been very happy with it. Recently I changed provider and I installed the new sim card roughly at the same time of the latest PixelExperience update.
I am having a minor problem but is bugging me. I used to have my main SIM card in SIM slot 1 and SD card on SIM slot 2. Now it looks like SIM 2 is my main card and on SIM 1 I can only get 2g (EDGE). For this reason if I want LTE I have to sacrifice my SD card. I have tried to "force" LTE on SIM1 but it will just not connect. I tried to reset network settings but nothing changed.
I am inclined to think that this is not related to the new network as I have tried to put it sim cards from other networks and I get the same symptom.
Could it be related to something in the latest PixelExperience update??

Have you tried resetting apn ? Also tried setting preferred network settings to 4g on sim slot 1 ?
Yes tried all that.
I have now changed provider and I am getting a similar problem, only that all networks on SIM 1 are not recognised. The same card on SIM2 works just fine. I have tried *#*#4636#*#*: it recognised the IMEI, Phone number but the data service is "disconnected" and there is not option on "Set Preferred Network Type" that triggers a connection...
Usb not working properly. it works fine on original miui but on pixel exp+ it says usb device not recognised on windows 10. (i have done clean flash btw)
Random reboot on my redmi 3X , when i turn off device and charge the phone wake up automaly , and mi sound enhancer not working
Anyway, I tried the ROM on Redmi 3s and it still had echo on calling but that got solved when I connected earphone. However, it has a new set of problems like automatically restarting and the microphone doesn't work once in a while(Always happens when I use Google assistant) but gets solved after restart. I really love this ROM but these issues have always troubled me. Does anyone have a fix or any new suggestion for a better ROM?
Seriously, the phone lagged and stuck at the wallpaper while I was typing this comment. Really, moving out of the project. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone looking for a stable ROM.
