Since you're the only one I can ever get a response from on here, I thought I'd ask you this. I went to unlock my bootloader, and when I went to download mode it shows that the bootloader has been relocked. It says that my personal and financial info could be compromised if I flash a new ROM. Did you experience this as well?Probably once the complaints die down.
That sounds like the generic warning you get when not only going through the unlocking procedure but also on every system restart you do moving forward. I'd say just ignore it. As far as ReLocked goes I've never come across that after going through the HTCdev process so I would guess that process didn't complete successfully for you. I'd

I got freaked out because I've never bought a phone that had it's bootloader relocked, especially one that was supposed to be new. Do you think this "japan" build is compatible with LOS? I asked Golv, but no reply yet.

I'm using DualSim version, but with 1 sim and I have no any problem.
Okay, I know you are probably sick of me by now and I apologize. But I had to call AT&T to get the SIM card back online. Then I had to pay a prorated amount to be able to use it again. It worked again, but it wouldn't work on my stock backup for some reason. I cleaned flashed LOS again and it works! The only thing I did different was I flashed the DPS.img before flashing the ROM. I didn't think that would've mattered though. I do want to thank you for taking the time to respond to me, and for your continued development of this amazing ROM. I truly appreciate your work. I now have LOS 17.1 on all my devices, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again!
I know this is an old comment, but I just flashed this ROM and mine takes about five minutes to find the cellular network. Did you ever find a fix? Thank you in advance for any response.
I have noticed this in multiple roms,, pixel 10, los 18 , it eventually connects but takes along time ,, in pixel 10 it also randomly disconnected,, I just switched to los 18 and have not noticed that yet, but other than that no complaints ..
Yeah, besides that 17.1 is great. It's really not a big deal, but I've found that some apps that detect my root regardless of using Magiskhide can be logged into and used normally immediately after reboot. The Adobe apps rely on 2FA using texting though, so I never have enough time to get logged in. A quite petty complaint considering how fantastic the LOS 17.1 ROM is though. I can live without Adobe apps. A tiny price to pay for a four year old phone performing like a brand new one.
Totally agree, if this is all that occasionally goes south I will not complain ,, yes not bad at all for a 4 year old phone, I have been kicked off of cricket wireless as they donot support this models lte anymore so I switched to staight talk and so far so good
