Hey, I have re-uploaded the image in the orignial post and add it here.
True that the behaviour is mostly as expected. However, the phone does not go into bootloader or restart.
Just wonder if this is any kind of special locked screen (and how to get out of it).

Hmm i have never seen that one. It's a ***** but i fear prob your best option is to do a clean reinstall or reflash the latest build again before trying a clean one.

- DO NOT do anything to your device until you're sure you've understood what you'll be doing and why. Also, make sure you back up all the data you want to keep, and know how to restore the stock ROM (firmware) in case something goes badly wrong.
- Some background information:
- HTC's information sheet How to use the Bootloader - the button combinations to get to the bootloader, Download mode, Recovery mode.
- Android Authority's Beginner’s guide to installing LineageOS on your Android device is a reasonable introduction to the terminology and the generic procedure for installing LineageOS. Ignore the link to download the ROM for your device - you will be using the 'unofficial' ROM linked to the first page of this thread instead of an 'official' LineageOS ROM. Otherwise it's all pretty relevant.
- The lineageos.org installation instruction page for the HTC 10, Install LineageOS on pme, gives information about unlocking the HTC 10 bootloader and installing a custom Recovery image (such as TWRP) on this particular device.
- The official TWRP for the HTC 10 is on twrp.me at Download TWRP for pme. Download the latest version to start with (try earlier versions only if you have problems with the newest one).
- For general information about installing TWRP, CustomDroid's article How to install TWRP is quite good.
- Once you've digested all that, you should be able to follow the instructions on the first page of this XDA Developers thread.

The only thing this rom needs now is selinux set to enforce. It is a massive security hole without it.

Hi guys, I was using pe 10 and the location wasn't working properly so I installed this build, now my location is completely dead, can anybody help me with that?
I've just picked up a BNIB HTC 10 with the intent of running Lineage. I tried the 18.1 ROM and found it too slow and buggy for me. This one has been very good. Only issue I have is charging sometimes doesn't work on USB PD chargers but I can deal with that. I know it's a retired ROM but I wanted to express my appreciation for all the work and effort put into extending the life of this device.

LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

Instructions:
Take a backup first from your actual system!
- Before instaling, make sure you are running the latest Oreo firmware from the latest HTC Sense.
- If you are encrypted but running an AOSP ROM then you're fine. If you come from Sense, take a full backup of all your data, boot into TWRP and format data (the option which requires you to type "yes") and clean flash accordingly. This is due to encryption changes. Do not skip this step or you will be locked out of your system by a password prompt.
- If you are coming from any other ROM wiping /system & /data is strongly recommended
- Download the latest build and GApps (both links are below).
- Reboot to TWRP.
- Flash the latest build and magisk ( optional ) after make one reboot.
- When system is booted, reboot to TWRP and flash gapps
- Reboot and enjoy (as much as currently possible)

Reporting bugs:
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred (please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing).
If it is a random reboot, grab /proc/last_kmsg (do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot, a logcat after a reboot is useless).
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved.

Yes, on kernel side. Like on Los16.
Lot of updates coming soon. Vendor updates to Q and many device related changes for Q.
All errors fixed from logcat with new blobs + updates. Hopefully much better now.
Few more things i want updating before release the new build. Also few days and upstream merging that okt sec updates. ( Verizon and sprint support added also for the next build + ota feature )
