Same issue, Windows and WinRAR say the archive is corrupt when it completed downloading.

Google Play System Update is not updating for me. It pretends to update but after the reboot, it's still the same version from 09/2019. Did you have to do anything special to get the update through.

I had to do it twice, and then it stuck.

Thanks! I did it twice and indeed it showed that it finally updated to 2/2020. However, when I tapped on it, the phone rebooted by itself and after the reboot, I was back to the 9/2019 version?!?!?!?!? And now, when I click to download and install, I get the "Updates are temporarily unavailable" message. I had to clear data on Google Play to have a shot at reinstalling and it was groundhog day from there. This whole "Security" section seems quite unstable when the 2/2020 update is in place. I feel like it reboots randomly at any moment and you're back to 9/2019 again.

So, a good rom, love the features, however...
Wakes up in pocket and does stuff.
Chipmunk voices on calls unless I turn speaker on and off
Hates my USBC headphones (stop working randomly, sometimes phone reboots) which to be honest USBC Headphones suck anyway there's absolutely no traction to stop them from coming out, next phone I get is gonna have a headphone jack.

Does updating through the app keep TWRP and Magisk?

    Hi,
If you're updating with build-in updater then you can use a magisk module to keep TWRP (TWRP A/B Retention Script) and install Magisk on inactive slot in this order.
This need to be done after the ROM update and before to reboot
