Exactly same issue with me. Tried everything i can from flashing all stock img file and then installing rom again to running this command in terminal dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/platform/soc.0/f9824900.sdhci/by-name/misc

None of them working so i thought maybe my 4 cores stop working but thats not the case all cores are working fine.

Please help to solve this thing.

P.S: This ROM is Awesome. Smooth AF

Make sure you're on correct TWRP for Android 10 , if that's okay then dirty flash the ROM and Format from Bootloader by following this command in adb "fastboot -w" .

The same thing happened to me, this is so weird, i also think that it is truly an excellent ROM, i was bragging to my kids about it, we had an awesome 24 Hrs together and suddenly, reboot by it self, to bootloop, and its been like that all day, please instruct, i refuse to flash another ROM, Respect
