Ohh if you want stay on MIUI this procedure isn´t for you I think you want flash DerpFest rom...

Too long. Do you follow flash procedure and do you use Force Encrypt zip file? When I flash for the first time I had similar problem and reason was bad flashing procedure and I didn´t use Force Encrypt file and other things I did wrong...

If you come from MIUI you have to have unlock bootloader and then flash TWRP use this procedure https://forum.xda-developers.com/re...ecovery-unofficial-twrp-xiaomi-redmi-t3997267 and flash VBMETA PATCHER it is important things (for me if I didn´t flash I had similar problem like you). REMEMBER: is important that from fastboot you directly go in TWRP mode or the TWRP will be overwritten!!! Then you should format data not wipe and reboot TWRP then wipe system, boot, data, cache, dalvik cache and internal storage. Then flash rom you like, Force Encrypt zip file (for have not encrypt internal storage), gapps if needed, magisk if you need/want etc what you want flash. Then reboot and all should work fine.

Google Photos Detects my device as Google Pixel 4 XL which is also why I'm unable to use the ANXCamera module which detects my device as 'coral' Pixel 4 XL.

I checked build.prop and I see it's indeed Ginkgo.

How do I fix this?

Edit:
ADB identifies my device as Pixel 4 XL too. How do I fix that?

    1. DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
    2. Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
    3. If it is a random reboot, grab dmesg . (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
    4. If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
    5. Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues.

    Get TWRP (Official is recommended)
First hotboot it from fastboot and Flash the ROM, Magisk, or any other mods (again, don't report bugs if you can't reproduce them with just ROM and GApps)
Reboot into the system, and enjoy the DerpFest!
