I have a question or t. I installed this rom a day ago and it works great with the exception of Shady Launcher crashing out when i go to the settings at times, but it still is usable. My question is - is there a way to have it so when i restart the phone, that the "recent apps" [the apps seen with the square button] get removed? As it is now it just piles up and i let other people use my phone at times, so it's a privacy issue.
Other than that i am enjoying the rom a lot, it is very well put together and best of all it is very fast!

So, addressing my "black screen of death" issue with havoc: it happened only once since applying the new version (Nov 2020) (updated my phone immediately after release). We're almost there
Keep up the good work! Makes me wanna obtain another note 6 pro.

Really? but why? This phone is terrible, even for the price. Most annoying thing is the light sensor which is obviously bad or poorly calibrated, I don't know: constantly sets the backlight at a too low level, making it difficult to see the screen, and having to manually adjust. Seriously getting on my nerves.
(and that's not a rom issue, was also present with the stock miui).
A rom issue however, is that after a clean flash, the Recents button does not work. Nothing is displayed. Even configuring the double tap to show the Recents, nothing happens. Anyone has the same issue, or a workaround ?
I just installed the rom, and I can't format my sd like internal memory. Give me this error ""Attempt to invoque virtual method 'java.lang.String android.os.storage.VolumeInfo.getId()' on a null object reference"
When I launch phone first time I see google setup, at cloud backup stage (even if skipped) Google Play begins to non-stop crashing. I flashed stock opengapps just after flashing Havoc. It's important to me to use stock package since it replace dialer/messages and another apps. It can be problem with stock package, idk

Tulip was previously using FDE for encryption. From Havoc 3.5 we have moved to FBE encryption method which is more secure. Therefore it is now mandatory to format your data for the first time when you flash Havoc 3.5 or later.
1. BACKUP EVERYTHING.
2. Install latest TWRP official
3. Download the ROM, GApps (Optional), Magisk (Optional) from the links above.
4. Wipe System, Vendor, Data, Dalvik, Cache.
5. Flash the ROM, GApps (Optional), Magisk (Optional).
6. On Recovery, Go to wipe, then format data and type "yes"
7. Reboot and Enjoy.
Note: If you are already on Havoc 3.5 or above, no need to format data. Just follow the regular update procedure.
* After this encryption will be enabled by default.
* Incase you don't want encryption and want to dirty flash over older build without formatting, Then after flashing rom install "dm verity force encryption zip [Here]"(not recommended though) and reboot.
