This rom is amazing, specially after the demise of Pixel Experience

I am having a single issue, though: Extremely slow WiFi, both on 2,4 and 5GHz, when the other devices on my network can hit 400mbps+ fine, and this Tulip could hit 150+ before, now I'm stuck at about 20-30. The link speed seems okay in the WiFi menu (325mbps), but all the speed tests I do are ridiculously slow.

Is this a known issue, or something only on my end? Any log I could provide? (first time getting logs).
it's a known issue with Q builds. use a different kernel, and the issue should go away.

Ah, thank you.

It should be fixed in the future, right? Any kernel you'd recommend?
i really like Mystic Kernel, it has a lot of features, regularly updated, EAS governors, etc. I haven't had any issues with using it so far. fyi, i'm using build r6.5, planning to go to a test build r6.9 soon lol

I can not install viper4android. After flashing the archive in recovery or installing the driver through the application, I leave bootloop upon reboot. Has anyone come across this?

Flashed latest ROM with stock kernel, pico gapps and magisk, and it has run really well thus far! Double tap to wake was a little hard to find but works just fine. The new gesture bar is nice.

The only problem I have is that auto rotate doesn't work, I don't know why. When I open Open Camera, the screen rotates (the nav bar goes to the side), and then stays rotated no matter how I move my phone. Not even disabling autorotate afterwards gets the screen upright again. Fortunately it's easily fixed by locking the screen. So I guess apps can force the system to rotate the screen, but it can't undo it afterwards.

Has anybody experienced the same problem? It's the only problem I've had. Other than that, great ROM! I'm definitely using it from now on, especially once it gets OTA updates :)

EDIT: Also, is there a way to add a sound/vibrate/mute button to quick settings? I miss that from Lineage OS.

As far as I know it is OpenCamera's normal behavior to keep the screen rotated. I've experienced this in literally every ROM and every phone I've ever used. However the screen's original rotation is restored after leaving the app for me, regardless of whether auto-rotate is enabled or not.

Actually, the auto rotate issue solved itself today somehow, I have no idea whether I did something to fix it, but it suddenly started working normally lol

I did find another problem though; GPS doesn't work. I'm using GPS Locker, and apparently the antenna will find one or to satellites with 10-30% signal strength and a bunch of satellites with no signal at all, so the phone can't figure out its location.

Hi guys, did anyone get aptx-HD working on this ROM? I have aptx-compatible headphones but every time I connect them via BT and try to change the codec to aptx-HD in dev settings it immediately switches back to SBC. Even installed Magisk module for aptx but didn't solve it.

You must wipe either system and vendor partitions or the data partition (or both)

I wiped system+vendor flashed ROM + GAPPS + magisk.
Everything works like a charm.
Thanks man.

I updated to the latest version (22-12-2019) like Levi said (wiping only system and vendor), and everything seems to work fine. In fact, GPS now works! Thank you for your hard work. My only complaint is that the new wallpaper disabled dark theme (because for some reason I set it to "match wallpaper"). Merry Christmas!
