Yes I've noticed this on occasion too.

Yes, same here, a few times. Had to reboot or toggle the 'network time' setting.
I now wonder whether this is a known issue and fixed in the new build?

Same here. https://time.is/ can be used to check.

Same with me. Time often is out of sync until I manually toggle the setting 'Use network-provided time' in the Date and time settings.

Normally this isn't an issue, but it causes havoc for 2FA authenticators that use time based codes.

I have tested this for a day and the time offset has been constant -0,6 seconds, no matter if sync is on or off.
Any logs? Maybe there is some sort of denial causing this.

It looks like the truth. 22 hours after installing update 20201103 - randomTimeShift problems are not reproduced anymore!

1- what is the best update kernel to manage this rom ? Actually i m using lazy kernel.
2- is possible to integrate google face unlock or insert pin and rom accept automatically the correct like in oos?
3- can you improve camera light in photo mode?

For 3, if you're referring to the camera quality, you can install Nikita's GCam mod. You can search for the app and the config files in Celso Azevedo's website. Take into account that there are root and non-root versions! I'd share a link, but I can't yet.

Yes, apparently it is, although I haven't checked the method myself. Look for a comment by user Eric_Lev in page 6 of this thread.
