Resurrection Remix the ROM has been based on LineageOS, SlimRoms, Omni and original Remix ROM builds, this creates an awesome combination of performance, customization, power and the newest features, brought directly to your Device.​

Many things that in previous versions were tweaked with mods, are now included by default in the ROM so, please enjoy!​

Make sure you have a custom recovery installed(TWRP is the preferred recovery)
Download the latest Resurrection Remix Rom & the latest GApps package
Boot into recovery
Perform a FULL factory wipe and wipe/system and dalvik cache as a precaution
Flash ResurrectionRemix Rom
Flash Google Apps package(Optional)
Flash Magisk Root(Optional)
First boot may take up to 10 minutes.

If you have a major bug to report that has not been reported already, please take the following steps to report it to us. It will save you, Team Resurrection Remix and me quite some time.

Download the MatLog app from the Play Store.
After downloading the MatLog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving. As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into MatLog and stop the log recording.
Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the thread with a brief description of the error.

and take from the list of existing fingerprints the Google Pixel 4 (not xl or other Suffix, just 4)
Than safety check should be valid after reboot

I flash this rom when it was on 8.6.0 (now at 8.6.1) and it works perfectly. The camera, the bluetooth, the video saving, screen recording, everything. This ROM is amazing. I came from RevengeOS and RR is better than Revenge. Plus it has more customization options than revenge. Also I experienced slowdowns and often, but less often overheating with Gapps installed, so I reinstalled without gapps and ram usage and.battery drain is lower. I also used helix engine to extend battery life on most apps set to battery top of battery kernel profile.

The only bug is that home, recent, and back mapping on fingerprint gestures dont work.

Other than that, it's by far the best rom for moto g6 in 2020. Thanks!

Great Job @abhishek_d9, the fingerprint fix was the only thing holding me back as I use it exclusively. Very sleek and lots of customizations to tinker with. And by the way, setting your fingerprint and enabling all props in device simulation to Motorola G7 works very well, possibly better than Pixel 4. Just a fyi. Good battery life and apps run well. <3

If the issue comes up again just try a clean flash and use the smallest gapps. Gapps can be an issue lots of times.

Mate, this is the G6 thread. If I am not mistaken, you've posted this on the wrong thread. Also, you are not supposed to drop your IMEI details anywhere for security reasons. Do remove it.

I would recommend a clean flash and do use twrp only. Orangefox seems to give some issues. If the issue persists, help me with a log.
