Wiped everything yesterday and installed the latest build. Has somebody else also experienced bigger battery drain than on other builds before? On my device the battery is sadly melting very quickly but battery option says everything is working normal. :(
It's all good for me, been using this rom for a while and battery life has been consistent.

Random Reboots

I keep having random reboots. I think I have attached the correct logcat to this post. Please let me know if you need anything else or if you need the logcat just before the reboot.

This is a clean install, formated data, wiped everything, and installed ROM, nano GAPPS, Magisk.

I have one big issue... After receiving a call the phone app doesn't stop the last call. Theres no way to hang up. Only rebooting fixed the problem every time I've received a call. :(

After flashing the latest update, I had no issues with phone calls but this did happen once yesterday to me and it did require me to do a reboot to fix it. I have made 3 phone calls to day and the issue didn't come back up.

If you are just doing an update then you don't need to. However if you are coming from another rom, I have heard it is recommended to remove Magisk before flashing a new rom but I have never done it and never had an issue (I always do a complete clean install when moving to new roms).

I'am going to upgrade from pie. My twrp is 3.2.1 and i failed to upto 3.3. (unable to boot after flash). I flash lastest firmware then flash rom, gapp but it does not boot to system. Loop back to recovery. What should I do next, please..?

You should have taken a backup first, I hope you did that. After that, wipe all partitions from the wipe menu in TWRP and format internal storage. Then, copy ROM and gapps to internal storage and flash them. After that, you should be good to go.
If you forgot to take a backup, don't panic. Try to reflash your Pie ROM you used before installing Q. You should be able to boot and take a backup then.

After the most recent update I'm having issues with phone calls, phone gets stuck on hanging up and locks all audio to the earpiece. No further phone calls are possible incoming or outgoing until the phone is restarted.

Only the firmware was based off Hydrogen Android 10 which is in beta however the new firmware is based off the Oxygen Android 10 beta, so technically both firmware is still in beta.
