Sorry about that and thanks, done now.You should read some pages of this thread...
Remove lockscreen pin, reboot to recovery and wipe system & cache.
After that flash rom, gapps and Magisk (if you need root)...reboot system.
I've read that procedure in another post, followed it and it always worked for me.Sorry about that and thanks, done now.
I didn't need to remove lockscreen with codeworx twrp from June, but why do i need to flash gapps again? The other apps still remain (just trying to get a better understanding)
Remove lockscreen pin each time u update and set it up again? ?You should read some pages of this thread...

The play store appsWhich other apps do you mean?
I don't know whether it'll work without removing lockscreen pin...but you can try and reportRemove lockscreen pin each time u update and set it up again? ?
I thought it was needed for flashing crdroid for the 1st time only.
No way to update without removing lockscreen pin?
EDIT: Never mind. I didn't see the previous post. BTW will the bluespark twrp work without removing the pin?
Well I sort of did the same I didn't flash firmware because I was already on the 9.0.8 firmware. I don't think that has anything to do with it unless you somehow downgraded to an older firmware. It may be the fact you kept flashing the firmware. It's a one time flash. Until a newer firmware is released.I just tried something, not sure if it was going to work. When i flashed this rom with the included firmware i would never have a perfect signal, always moving from 85% to 35% on lte and back. I just tried flashing the rom without the firmware and also flashed a gapps made for android 10 and have perfect signal, also the rom is faster. Maybe someone can confirm this?

new build 1017 is readyUpdate:
been using this awsome rom for over a week now. Great snappy OS. as Beta still way to go and its shaping well. thanks to @neobuddy89 .
issues faced:
1. hangs for about 5 seconds 4 -5 times a day. not on particualar apps but overall.
2. Battery backup is less, (daily driver) whatsapp drains 30 to 40% may be due to regular + business both installed.
3. Home Launcher - request for 5.8 launcher into this rom, worked well for me. or any link to that APK (or Lawnchair i guess)
4. Network (Bangalore - Airtel India) lots of signal drops. toggling Aeroplane mode gets back signals for some time before losing again.
5. Magisk 19.5 works well, did try 20 but had issues after reboot with ainur & OP5 Camera Fix modules.
6. OOS Camera closes when shot a photo and crashes. tried latest version, does not work well. (Screenrecorded the issues, please check the video here: https://youtu.be/4eP4AB-qiCA)
7. Google Camera 6.2.30 Urnyx05 works in normal mode. Freezes on HDR+ and HDR+Enhanced mode while processing HDR photos. normal photos works well. the same camera worked flawless on 5.8. (Gcam color profile + OP5 Camera Dot Fix)
8. Any restored app from backup. wont work unless permissions are set manually, not sure if this Q way of working with apps or restored app issue. Uninstall and reinstall works well.
9. Migrate zip error7 in TWRP codeworkx 3.3.1.0
these are my obervations. otherwise ROM works well and fluid on 3 year old OP5. Kudos to Developer!!
Device: OP5-8GB-128 Encrypted
ROM: Latest 10.0 20191013
Gapps: OG-nano-arm64-20191006-Beta (from OP link)
FW: 9.0.8
TWRP: 3.3.1-0-20190713-Codeworkx
Magisk release 19.5
Modules: OP5 Dot fix, OP5 Pixel2Colors V3 Color Profile, Ainur Audio
TiBu works well still.
