Also always loaded TWRP.
How to install Syberia and removed the problem.
Syberia 10:
1. Connect phone to PC, reboot in fastboot mode using command "adb reboot bootloader"
2. Boot temporary recovery by mauronofrio using command "fastboot boot twrp-3.3.1-18-enchilada-Q-mauronofrio.img"
3. Flash OOS 10.3.1
4. Reboot into bootloader
5. Boot temporary recovery by mauronofrio using command "fastboot boot twrp-3.3.1-18-enchilada-Q-mauronofrio.img"
6. Flash OOS 10.3.1
Complete first setup
7. Boot temporary recovery by mauronofrio using command "fastboot boot twrp-3.3.1-18-enchilada-Q-mauronofrio.img"
8. Install Syberia OS
9. Reboot recovery
10. Install Gapps
11. Install Magisk
12. WIPE DATA!
13. Reboot into system
if you need syberia 11 continue to do next:
1. Complete first setup Syberia 11
2. Flash Syberia 11
3. Reboot from TWRP to TWRP again for slot change
4. Flash Gapps (FLAME GAPPS)
5. Flash Magisk
6. Wipe DATA
7. Reboot into system
8. Complete first setup
9. Reboot to TWRP and flash Magisk again.
10. Reboot into system.
Working Viper in Syberia 11:

ViperFX_Android11.zip

Flashing in Magisk.
Selinux Permissive:
Terminal:
su
setenforce 0
Reboot Viper.

10.3.7 as Base,it won't boot system. It goes to recovery. If you flash Syberia Android 10.10.3.6 flash both side and boot system first.Don't use any password or finger print. After completion of set up, reboot recovery,flash Rom,wipe data,cache, reboot recovery,flash gapps,reboot system.

I am currently in oxygen os 5.1.5. Which os do I need to upgrade to install this ROM?I lost all data and tried many times from 10.3.6 to 10.3.7 Thanks a lot if someone helps

Reboot Recovery,Format data,wipe factory reset,in Advance wipe,wipe data and cache, Install Latest OOS,Twrp, reboot Recovery,flash OOS,Twrp, reboot system. After finish, ( no password,finger print etc) reboot Recovery,flash Syberia Rom, In advance wipe,wipe data,cache, install Twrp,reboot Recovery,flash NikGapps basic or omni,flash magisk debug zip, wipe cache,boot system. You did. If you want permanant magisk, after set up reboot Recovery ,flash magisk, reboot system.

I am on the Siberian rom and it works great the cause of my previous failure was to install the wrong version 11

    Attention: ROM is now based on Android 10 vendor. Therefore, a clean flash is strictly necessary!
    Flashing guide:
    1. Backup all your data to PC! If you have PIN/PATTERN - disable it.
    2. Connect phone to PC, reboot in fastboot mode.
    3. Flash recovery from here: https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=4349826312261622651
