First things first, huge thank you for this ROM works very well.

I got little question, is there a way to enable Video Pro Mode in camera?
I know that Samsung removed that feature, lateron they bring back this thing.

if not, anyone has any mods, or alternatives? Every help will be appreciated

For me allmost all games are now ok. Kernel helped.

The only game its lagging is pokemon go. Dont understand why..

All the reste for me is perfect. The Rom is very good. I wild like to buy you a beer for the excelent work you had.

Hello. Is there an update for 12 months. I am using my kasım rom. My phone charger keeps discharging in connected use. The battery is draining fast. The phone is getting too hot and it twitches., The charger is connected notification light is off. Please help.

Hi....Thanks for the good work ....I have a little problem ...the heart rate sensor in stock rom can record blood oxygen.....but in this rom I can only record stress and heart rate...there isn't any spo2 option in the manage items list....with version 5.1 of S health was the same.....can you help me to fix this and record spo2??
I want that feature for my father....He has the Covid and I should record that for him to be safe times in a day

Today I started my Project "Fresh Install Floyd 5.0" on my S7e. I hoped to get Google Pay to run without Problems. I wanted to flash without any Root!

The last years I tried out every Custom Firmware here on XDA and I tested all Versions of Floyd Q (BTW: v2.0 was my All-Time-Fovourite!)

I started with an TWRP(AJ)-Backup of my very laggi running dirty installed v5.0 on the external Card.
Then I wiped and formated all the Partitions, to get maximum fresh Install. After installing v5.0 my Phone was caught in a Bootloop.

Any Ideas what I did wrong?

Now, I will restore the Backup. Hope that works...

Edit: The Restore works without Problems. Second Try. This time I only formated the Partitions without wipe. Same Procedure. The Installation Ends in a S7edge-Bootloop.

I am wondering, why the v5.0-Install ends at ~50 Percent (?)

G930F is part of the G930 series. The X refers to any of those models, so yes, the G930F is fine.

Im back on diamond V10 pie.Is much faster as A10 Floyd 5.
Is it normal?That is the only reason,why I'm back on diamond V10.Is it only reason because A10 and A9?Used by someone diamond and now Floyd?
Floyd 5 I installed 2x times as clean,wiped cache and dalvik,no magisk,but is it slow.Thx for answare and thanks for creating.

I noticed too, is slow in general. Its a great rom but i gess it will be perfect soon. I will keep it some more days. Hope they can fix it.
In games some are good, others its a litle laggy.
Polemon go for exemple, i jusy cant play with this rom. Maybe its something with screen resolution, or ram optimisation.dont know.
Hope for some fix, becouse its almost perfect.

Sorry, I don't know what you mean by "if there is a update for 12 month". I assume you mean Floyd v6/December patch. There isn't one. If you are using your phone while charging, it would obviously get hot & a bit glitchy. Due to an temperature limit where the phone would refuse to charge when it is above 42C° (i think). Try limiting yourself from using your phone while charging & try offline charging. (battery mismatch)

Yeah, I find it a bit slow when using V5.. Letting the phone setup for a week has increased a bit on loading times. Using MoroKernel & turning animations off in dev mode made it a bit faster, but still a bit slow on loading apps. I dont mind it as much, using a different ROM like NFE Superleggera or BD is noticeably faster.

Verify MD5 hash of the downloaded zip, especially if it was from AFH which breaks the zip sometimes (installs fine but rom might not boot) and make sure you did not select too much bloat that system got filled

regarding december update, it might come at the end of the month, i dont know really, i am very busy with my final uni exams, my android work is on hold until i have time to breath. and to be honest i still dont have any substantial fixes done to the ROM, Audio is still problematic.

i have to agree with the lag claims, my phone is fully setup and i visit it every now and then, and yes for some reason V5 does indeed feel slower compared to V3 or V4.

i am not sure what is the culprit really, i suspect it is the N9 base. but thats a major thing to roll back so for now i dont know how to approach this, i might try and tune the kernel a bit more since people said flashing moro kernel helped things. maybe it is a kernel bug i dont know.

another thing i noticed recently on the S7 and the note 8, enabling magisk hide ruins performance for me. but idk if this is ROM or magisk related.

My phone runs smooth
I didn't root or using magisk but there's lag when playing some games like Growtopia and yeah pokemon go but when i play Call Of Duty: Mobile it's run smooth

I decided to stay on the laggy v5.0 without Google Pay. Maybe Santa Claus brings a new Phone...
