• OneUI 2.5 ported from official Galaxy Note10 Lite Q release (N770FXXS7CTL1)
• January 2021 security patch
• Kernel built from A720SKSU3CSH1 sources with Linux 3.18.140
• Fully deodexed
• De-knoxed and debloated
• S9+ CSC
• Aroma installer
• Working Secure Folder

Requirements

• An A5 2017 or A7 2017 (A520F/-W/-K/-L/-S or A720F/-S)
• Oreo bootloader and modem
• TWRP/SHRP/OrangeFox recovery
• Vendor partition is NOT required, but this ROM will work regardless of an existing vendor partition.
• A brain

Bugs

• Fingerprint scanner doesn't work in most third-party apps such as banking apps due to outdated keystore

Installation

• Make a backup of your important data in case something goes wrong!
• I highly recommend to wipe /system, /data and /cache before installation, especially if coming from stock ROM
• Download the ROM from the download section below and copy the ROM's zip to your phone's internal storage or SD card
• In recovery, select install and choose the ROM's zip
• If not done before, you can make the choice to wipe /system, /data and /cache in the aroma installer
• Make all your choices in the aroma installer and wait for it to finish the installation
• Reboot your device and wait until it booted. NOTE: First boot can take up to 10 minutes!

-Fixed Secure Folder and made it an Aroma selection (You may need to enable it in Settings/QuickSettings first)
-Switched to proper A720S hardware backed keystore and gatekeeper blobs
-Patched SystemUI to get rid of the huge margin between the pin field and the bottom of the lockscreen when fingerprint + pin were set
-Removed the fingerprint unlock animation used on N10 Lite firmware because it was freezing the phone sometimes when unlocking

-Removed Face Recognition from settings as it's unsupported

Spoiler: I get "SIM card changed" on boot and it forces me to reboot continuously!

• Boot into recovery, mount /system and delete /system/priv-app/CIDManager folder through the recovery's file manager. (Note that the path may be /system/system/priv-app/CIDManager depending on the recovery used)

Spoiler: Netflix doesn't work!

• This mostly happens if you're rooted with Magisk because the system detects that you're rooted and denies DRM. To fix that, install this Magisk Module. Note that DRM will fall back to L3 which means that you won't be able to watch anything in HD.

Downlaoded,installed freshly with magisk and its working like a charm no issue the whole day,only thing i have encauntered is always on display is not using proximity or light sensor brightness does not change and does not detect it has been in my pocket,and no my sensors work fine.
camera quality during instagram video chat is not great but it is managable audio echo and noise cancelling is a known issue but doesnt bother me.
I reccomend this rom i will daily drive this props to Dev u did an amazing job !

It might take a day or two to settle down and then you shouldn't get any freezing

That's strange since I haven't had any issues with the aod over the month or so I've been testing this and I don't remember anyone else reporting it, are you sure your sensors are OK?

Yes while im in a call my proximity sensor works fine,and brighness is automatic and it does change brightness on screen but not on AOD

Very good ROM! but i want to ask, why there's a pop up "SIM card changed Restart your phone blablabla". It's quite annoying me because i cant use the phone itself, when i press restart and left my phone for a while. it never restarting my phone, any idea to fix it? my phone is a5 2017

This seems to be happening to multiple users, though I didnt encouter this at all during intensive testing.
In the meantime, reboot to recovery and delete /system/priv-app/CIDManager.
Also, which CSC did you choose in aroma?

Thanks, now I know what the problem is. This will be fixed in the next version.
In the meantime, use the fix I wrote above.
