thanks man, this worked.
but what's the problem? is there any interference between bluetooth and wifi radios? I guess so because I don't have issue with 5ghz wifi
Yes, on 5GHz it should be fine. But you can try another thing. Go to Developer options - Running services - Google play services and look for DiscoveryService and stop it. It will stay stopped until next reboot.
Now you can turn on bluetooth and wifi should work fine.
Please let me know, if it is working for you.

is that a fundamental service? is there a way to stop it on every reboot?

Don't know what kind of service is it. I just found this solution for slow wifi and testing it.
I am looking for a way to stop it on every reboot here:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/g5-plus/help/how-to-disable-service-startup-rooted-t4081809
It should not be difficult, if you know what to do.
But I am only basic user, so I don't know.
I have tried some apps like service disabler, but it was back after every reboot.
I think that it will be easy job for developers, so one of them could help us. ;)

I observe a strange behavior: my time is not correct.
when I try to synchronize it through network it jumps back to incorrect time.
anyone else with this problem? and perhaps: is there any solution...?

I'm having the same issue since the last update, I'v tried sync with the network and set manually, in both cases the hour is delayed y 15 minutes per hour.

Not able to hear music in dnd mode

Although I have kept that as an exception but when I turn in the dnd mode, music plays but there is no sound.

Edit- this happens when u change to do not disturb mode via selecting the ring vibrate and dnd option from Quick tiles. However if you select the dnd quicktile directly it doesn't impact the music.
