If I decide to try a custom kernel on PE+, is it possible to go back to built-in kernel later?

It is safe.Hey guys, I'm in September buid, is it safe to go to latest directly? Or go first to October and then to latest?
Hi,
sorry for asking, but what is OSS? I received my K20 pro a few days back and flashed PE+ on top of MIUI latest global stable v12.0.3.0. Was I supposed to flash OSS vendor as well as I just unlocked BL, flashed TWRP, formatted data, wiped System, Cache/Dalvik, Data and flashed PE+
Though I am not facing any issue or any bug, but I was wondering if I was supposed to flash OOS vendor zip (not sure what it is) and where do I get it? Thank you in advance.
Before flashing new kernel make a backup of "Boot" partition in custom recovery. Restore it to revert any changes. Btw yesterday I tried IMMENSiTY kernel and it's awesome - faster and more accurate FP scanner and also battery life seems better to me.If I decide to try a custom kernel on PE+, is it possible to go back to built-in kernel later?
Could you please check again?I was on Pixel Experience plus a few builds ago. Everything was working great. After some stupid flashes in recovery i ended up screwing my data partition and reverted back to miui global with fastboot miflash. Today i did a clean flash of Pixel Experience latest build, 28/10/2020, not the plus edition, the normal one. Full clean flash, with latest firmware and vendor flashed, and everything is working great except one thing. Google play system update is stuck on September 1 2019. It has a red icon next to it, and even if i manually check for updates it says already updated, and never finds a new version. I remember on my previous Plus build from 10/10/2020 after a manual update and a reboot it downloaded the latest play update. Is the update is disabled in the non plus version? Do i miss some anything if i stay on September 1 2019 update? Google play store seems to work correctly.
Yes, you easily can. Just make a backup of your current boot.If I decide to try a custom kernel on PE+, is it possible to go back to built-in kernel later?
Hi, I flashed PE+ yesterday and everything works great except autobrightness, in general it is too bright constantly. Lockscreen is always maxed. Is there any solution for this ?
I'm also using PE+ and auto brightness is working great on this ROM (better than MIUI). You need to adjust auto brightness according to your preference for a couple of days and then it will adapt to your preference automatically (it has adaptive brightness feature).
Thanks for information, after 1 day it started to act well except for the lockscreen which is always maxed out.
What difference have pe standard and pe+ ?
Thanks in advance

SafetynNet doesn't fail on this ROM (not sure what happens if you flash Magisk). There must be something wrong on your end.Hi guys. Safety net fails after update, google pay stopped working again. Any fix?

Hi Folks,
My Google Play system update is not working. I'm currently on and I've always used pixel experience plus; previously the Google Play system update was working fine but not now. I had to clean flash this time as I had to get rid off audio mods. Since then it's not working.
Am I missing something?
