Maybe you need to format data partition. I'm don't facing such issues.

Do a security cleanup (format data), it will remove the password

As mentioned by #WSTxda formatting will erase everything including any existing encryption. Also use the TWRP which was recommended in the OP of Pixel Experience Rom 9 pie.

I just clean flashed this rom and google chrome freezes all time and cant use google pay

Yes I'm can confirm that Chrome has been randomly stop responding.
