can i dirty flash over evolution x 2.1 (android 9 based)?
Is necessary to go back to rom stock since the android version is different?

i have installed this rom, but when i am charging my phone its look like dont have fast charge but after several minute it has rapid charge in screen, but after i open my screen the notif back to slow charge and when i close my phone for several time it has comeback to rapid charge
