If you re refering to RZ kernel I advice you to not using it. After a few more hours of using it I reflashed evolution coz this kernel drains battery way too fast and charging is slow while using phone due to this.

Okay for all the Gcam user, I say last updated made it way more stable.
It has not crash ones, since i last updated to the latest build.

Thanks for letting me know. This rom is very nice but I have a lot of problems and I don't know why. Sometimes I do not hear in the calls and I have to call back, the device has lag as when opening any camera application among other problems... I carry the last version of the rom, if you can help me fix these problems I will thank you.

For call issue u can switch to speaker or mute mic while in call an then you can be heard. In camera I have a little lag I can say but is not too bad, I can live with it. Anyway we need to wait for updates if we want fixes. The biggest issue with this rom is audio quality (and all lineage based ROMs for S8)

Just download apk from apkmirror, it works as it is.

awesome rom, but...

hey, thank you for the awesome work!
I tried it for two days now and love the look and feel of the rom, however, I am moving on to something else for a couple of reasons: google assistant doesn't work for me - I couldn't get the voice acitvation to work even one single time. Also, I am really missing AOD. The "back" gesture also doesn't work - I have to go into settings, deactivate it, reactivate it and then it will work for about 5 minutes before not working again. Also, I am missing a couple handy features I have gotten used to from OneUI, like fingerprint gestures.
I will definitely try this rom again in a couple months though, in hopes of at least a few of these qualms being taken care of by then.

How to update via OTA.
Go to Settings --> System --> System update
This will automatically update your device. You don't have to wipe anything. Your data will be safe.
(Its not possible for me to host the files. so the download speed will be kind of slow)

I think everybody is convinced that the stock Samsung camera module is much better then the 4.4 solution footej camera.

From my side the footej camera is much better, than the stock camera, because with the stock camera I can not storage on sd, but with the footej cam.

@Haridhayal: Do have change the kernel of the rom or is this the original stock kernel?

Unfortunately,no. I tried different gcam cameras,but they are not supporting 60fps mode
