Right now I am with havoc 2.9 How would the installation method be?

The way I always install new rom on the phone:

1. Go into TWRP and wipe Dalvik Cache/Cache/System/Vendor/Data
2. While you are there also Format Data (this will erase all your internal storage!)
3. Connect your phone to a computer and copy firmware and rom to it. Latest firmware: https://github.com/XiaomiFirmwareUpdater/firmware_xiaomi_gemini/releases
4. And now install firmware and rom
5. Wipe Dalvik Cache/Cache and reboot

It works for me every time.
