First build

So finally, this is the first Pixel Experience 10 version for whyred..

* Initial Android 10 Build, with these highlights:
-GApps included
-Weather on lockscreen
-Automatic theme on bootanimation
-Encryption working, you don't need to format internal storage.

REMEMBER: CLEAN FLASH IS MANDATORY, DON'T INSTALL THAT ON TOP OF PIE VERSION.

Current issues are:
SELinux is permissive
Wifi display (also know as miracast)
Manual network selection
If you enable "Ok Google" or "Hey google" hotword, your microphone won't work on 3rd apps.
Very rare UI freezes

Can Android 10 be installed by cleaning all partitions and leaving data uncleaned?
Clean: System, cache, art cache, vendor,
Not clean: Data

Will there be a plus version? I've seen that only the normal version has been released on other devices, maybe it's because the features of the plus version are already in Android stock as the dark theme
