PR11 system is very much stable.. I'm using it from yesterday.. There is some minor lags here and there.. Definitely doesn't bother me a lot..

PE11 team fixing stuffs in every hours.. So I decided, I'll push new PR11 build with December security patch..

Then it'll be even more stable and mature..

Check battery backup man, isn't it awesome?? Screenshot captured when system still has 59% battery left..

Awesome, awesome stuff right here. Well done to you, dev. Can't wait to get Android 11 on my X00T soon, while official Android 10 is still in beta haha :p

I am using havoc and want to change to rom Pixel. In your opinion, which rom Pe + and PixelReloaded is better. If unofficial rom, how to update the new version? Do I need to reinstall magisk, kernel and bootanimation? Rom PixelReloaded and Reloaded OS the same?

@Swamoy
Is this the last Version of Android 10 from this project and Android 11 is Next?

Edit: Also, is there a way to make the ROM in Enforcing mode?

I can't confirm, it can be last version bcz now I'm working with PR11.. And PR11 is not that much buggy so I don't think we need this version any more..

Currently PR11 has three major bugs..

1. Instagram and youtube app sometimes stucks with message app is crashed and then starts working again.. This problem occurs quite a bit..
2. Screen cast and NFC not working..
3. Video call not working..

Except these everything working fine even better than PR10..

I will push PR11 with latest security patch very soon..

I don't think, you can make this build enforcing.. Believe me permissive ROM is good enough to serve you..

Enjoy..

Uhmm... last questions, Is it safe if a ROM is in Permissive mode? I read about being in Permissive mode is dangerous. This is the only issue preventing me from using this ROM. I hear a lot of people recommend this ROM 'cause it's so stable enough to use it as a daily driver. And also, is it based in Pixel Experience Plus, with all it's features? I hope it's the last version of Android 10. Can't wait for Android 11! Cheers!

Edit: What's the recommended version of Firmware to use?

"SELinux is a mitigation technique. It does not prevent attackers from entering into your phone, but it ensures that once there they can do as few things as possible, ideally nothing useful thus removing any interest of attacking the phone in the first place." (retrieved from https://android.stackexchange.com/q...elinux-is-in-permissive-mode-what-should-i-be)

"In other words, kernel being SELinux permissive by itself is not a risk, if the the ROM overrides that to make it Enforcing. What SELinux permissive kernel gives you is a flexibility to flash ROMs that demand SELinux permissive or for any other app that needs it." (retrieved from https://android.stackexchange.com/questions/219821/selinux-permissive-kernel-is-it-a-security-risk)

SELinux in Enforcing definitely is more preferred, but imo I don't think a normal user would mind that SELinux being in permissive state, although I would prefer if PR10/11 can be booted in Enforcing one day. Some tweaks, like V4A do require SELinux to be in Permissive mode as well.

Regarding on whether PR10 is based on PE10 Plus or not, I believe its based on Pixel Experience (non-plus) instead.

Edit: 063 Vilte firmware is recommended.

Help and guidance needed. Noob here.

Bootloader unlocked. On stock pie rom. Build No: 087.

I want to flash PR10 or PR11.
Ive downloaded twrp for pie september patch.

Do we still need “decrypt.zip” and “Disable_Dm-Verity_ForceEncrypt_12.16.2018.zip” ?

Is this step correct?

1. Put phone in fastboot mode.
2. Enter fastboot flash recovery command.
3. Straight boot to recovery.
4. Install dm_verity and decrypt.
5. Flash Rom.
6. Reboot.

Pls help...

For me, I followed this guide (https://xdaforums.com/t/guide-unlock-relock-bootloader-unofficailly-and-flash-twrp-root.3786698/) to unlock my bootloader and also flash TWRP on my X00T. Then, I wipe System, Data, Cache, Dalvik-cache in TWRP. After wiping, flash 063 Vilte firmware and then PR10/PR11 rom, you may also flash Magisk if you wish to root. I have not needed the decrypt.zip or the dm_verity.zip during the process. If I'm not mistaken, when wipe Data partition, encryption will also be lost with data hence I didn't need decrypt.zip

thx for quickreply. are the steps (flash twrp > wipe System, Data, Cache, Dalvik-cache > flash 063 Vilte firmware > flash rom > reboot) in one go? no need to reboot to system first?

ill try later n report back

After you flash twrp in fastboot mode, you will need to reboot to recovery. Then you can wipe System, Data, Cache, Dalvik cache in TWRP. No need to reboot to system before flashing rom

how long does it take to boot? been more than 30 minutes. then force reboot, wait annother 30 minutes. any suggestion? should i try other Vilte firmware?

If it takes longer than 10min, then there is a problem somewhere. Can you try wiping System, Data, Cache, Dalvik cache and also Vendor, then flash the rom again? For me it took about 5mins for the first boot, but for sure not more than 30mins

PixelReloaded for Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 [X00T]

    What is this?
PixelReloaded is a CAF based ROM, with Google apps included and all Pixel goodies (launcher, wallpapers, icons, fonts, bootanimation)

We all know Pixel Experience CAF version has been officially discontinued.. But as I love this particular version very much so I though why don't I give it some more life.. That's why I developed this build and named it PixelReloaded.. Hopefully everyone will enjoy it.. Basically it's an unofficial build of Pixel Experience on top of CAF source..
