INSTALLATION:
Have an unlocked bootloader, and TWRP installed/booted
(Not gonna be explained here, there'll be threads in this forum somewhere)
Clean Flash:
-Flash ROM
-Wipe data and cache
-Formart Data: Yes
-Reboot to recovery
-Flash gapps and magisk(optional)
-Reboot system

If you are using the gapps and when they call it it is not shown it is because you have to set the phone as default
menu settings/ apps and notifications/ default apps/ phone app

Everything works fine..
But some features need to be updated
Long screenshot not work nice
And no app lock is in the rom

if it works you have to go to developer options look for Animator duration scale and set it to 1.5 and fixed Long screenshot

How much time to boot? For me 10 min and still in bootloop

Hi bro, does screen flickering still exist in this rom when unlocking with fingerprint? Also does fingerprint work perfectly fine like in oos? I would really appreciate it if you can share a recording video ?

Screen doesn't flicker even a bit. One of the best custom roms I've ever tried till date with amazing battery life.
Couldn't attach MP4 so I've zipped it. It shows me unlocking the phone with zero screen flickering.

Wouldn't tell it's perfect
It does flicker but less compared to other roms. And yeah havoc the best so far. But less customization compared to EvoX. Though I'm getting crackling vibrations for notifications and calls. I don't know what is the cause for this.

Don't know what's causing the problem for you cause mine literally has no flickering when unlocking.

No problem comes when you unlock everything works fines but its too slow and show some flickering when you set new fingerprint

It takes 2-3 min in first boot ...
U have to clear install it on any slot....
-Boot into twrp
-If u r on slot-a then u have to wipe system,vendor,data,cache on slot-b
-now install rom from slot-a and then install twrp installer and reboot to system
-u will be booted into slot-b automatically
