I'm getting a failed to verify whole-file signature error. I have checked md5 and it's ok.
Have no idea what could it be. any help?

It turned out it was just me being dumb. TWRP wasn't installed for some reason, even before I tried 2x, and I was trying to install on factory recovery. I was able to use TWRP and everything went ok.

Everything works great! very stable, battery life improved.

Unfortunately there is no option to disable sims unlike LineageOS16 and user accounts aren't enabled.

this feature is disabled by lineage source...building los without any modification .

low volume on call

Thanks dev. Everything including volte working fine. Perfect for daily use.
Just one thing I have observed is low volume on call. Have anyone observed it?

Yes there is issue with low volume on call. i have to put my headphones on each time, when pickup call, so that other person hear my voice clear, sometimes i have use my phone in speaker mode.
