Today the screen did some weird flashing and won't boot anymore. I have to factory reset it now.

Update: It turns out that flashing twrp_universal_Q is what caused the phone to bug out. I had twrp 20e magisk patched boot image before that. After I flashed twrp_universal_Q, the bugs started happening. I started all over by flashin the 20e kdz, and it's working well. I kept the 20e twrp boot image. Still no notification light (LED light) from notifications. Thanks for this rom OP. I hope that there are some updates soon.

Guys please let me know if you had any of these problems too. This is the best rom I have tried for the G7 so far. Thank you again.

i think HDMI output doesn't work on this ROM so i had to go back to stock because i really need to use desktop mode too

can I flash this ROM on my G7 coming from stock oreo? If not, can I flash stock pie from other country as there is no official pie from my region?

You can just crossflash to pie from a different region. See guides section.
Hope you are bootloader unlocked also for this ROM to work.

i dont think so, you can check on V35's Forum and Threads if there's Evo ROM Available.

I love it. It is a rom that i used on a MI A3 and works terrific on my LG G7, european version, to me, look like everything working properly except search networks, never find one. In stock ok, just in EvolutionX, i have tryed a few times in future updates i will test it again.

Install magisk manager apk. Download magisk.zip and install.
If that does not work, you need to patch your boot images yourself.

A BUG?

Maybe it's a bug about the lastest 0827 rom?
There is no problem with the flash process.
But when I reboot to recovery.
The phone stops in the first screen of TWRP3.4.0-0.
So I can‘t flash the Magisk.zip......

First Time Install / Clean Flash
-Have Stock Pie installed (or any custom rom)
- Have bootloader unlocked
- Flash or boot TWRP (Pie or Q)
- Format data (it will delete everything you have on your phone, please backup first)
- Copy the Evolution X Rom in your phone then flash it
- Reboot in system
ｘ Reboot to recovery (optional)
ｘ Flash Magisk.zip (optional)
- Reboot to system & #KeepEvolving
