Please let me know when NFC will be fixed. It is for me a top priority.
1. The indian Note8pro has no NFC.
2. All current custom roms seem to use the indian vendor image.
This is no secret, you find it in all relevant threads. So your top priority should be reading around a bit more.
The only thing I found is that non-Indian vendor roms are considered as "scrap" - for what reasons ever...

Thank you to developers team.
Tested with Android Auto (with cable connection to car multimedia center) and can't start; android auto tries connect, close, connect, close (never stops) and the phone auto-reboot.
Impossible to use any phone buttons or screen, except long power pressing to force a reboot.
I've also a Galaxy A70 (already Android Q) and have no problems with Android Auto.
Evolution X have a broken implementation of Android Auto so I can't really do something for fix this

What is "FP" which "kills the device randomly"?
FP is fingerprint, it's only happen on our aosp rom
It's 'kill" (black screen) the device sometimes when trying to unlock it with the fingerprint reader, a force reboot is needed for make the device work again but you can also enable AOD for avoid such issue (maybe I gonna activate it as default on next build)

I think you all didn't understand, he's complaining for a issue who are fixed, I tested this myself and many other tester tested incoming call and they confirmed it's working

Obviously I won't take he's log for a issue who are fixed + he's the only one who have this problem

If your not happy, stop using this rom ;__; else if you continue to spam, I will inform xda moderator, even if you still continue to spam here or on pm or on the telegram group for fix issue who are fixed, Evolution X will be dropped, end of the discussion

Is your phone after all. It's your decision. What if we day to go for it and your phone stops working? Not my fault, I assure you. Make your decision about it.

On a side note, in my opinion these roms are still in a beta phase. They are far from stable and well optimized. Been tracking them for over a month now and so far they don't seem to have a major update in performance and battery life over the stock version. So I am sticking to stock so far. For at least a whole year or so, till my warranty expires. But you do you.

Thank you. I ask for advice as I had read that this phone having mtk processor is easy to break. It's not the first xiaomi on which I install a custom rom but it's the first time I've bought it with that processor. If the risk is normal I do procedure if you foresee an 80% risk avoid. So I ask if the chance of break is always very high

Mate, there s always gonna be a high risk chance when flashing a custom rom that things will go sideways. Maybe is not the perfect version, maybe xiaomi patched something, there are a million things. Do your homework, double check every single detail about this whole ordeal. Even on a simple phone, like the S6, if I flashed something that I didn't double checked, it broke. Stop asking people for reassurances and double check everything. Or wait if you are feeling unsure. The phone will totally get an update to Android 11 by the end of its warranty. And 6 gigabytes of ram ensure enough performance, no matter the amount of bloatware.
