Issues and Bugs
I tried many Roms and this one seems to be the only one with
this specific issue.
I will explain myself. Every Rom available as of now has this issue (at least in my case) of glitching any audio/video playing in background while using the fingerprint sensor. In the worst case the system will just auto reboot when getting freeze-locked.
Now, in this Rom (which is my favorite one among any other btw) It happens exactly this type of freeze but, in this case you won't even need to use the fingerprint sensor, it will happen just randomly when playing audio/video in background and using the phone normally and the phone won't auto reboot itself, it just stays there. I believe this is related to: any extra setting I have enabled that is causing this malfunctioning, or the actual Rom itself. One way or another the issue is there and sadly, I haven't been able to trigger this issue in any specific way apart from having audio/video playing while doing something else (which I'm not so sure about). I would really like to give any specific details as my given info isn't exactly precise huh but this is all I can tell ya

Other minor issues I found:
- Google play system not being updated, and when trying to update it the phone reboots and the update fails.
Been able to trigger this by going into settings>security>google play system (1 sep 2019)>update prompt>reboot> going security again to check>auto reboot after a couple secs>checking again and it's gone. This Rom specifically has this issue, and actually not really an important issue tho.
- Auto brightness not fully getting applied or not working properly, it happens after a reboot or after waking up the phone sometimes, pretty straightforward and it looks like an uncalibrated? auto brightness issue to me. Happens in any other Rom as of right now and not a really important issue as well.
- Wifi getting disconnected. I know this was said to be fixed but it does stills happens, when using a 5Ghz wifi network it disconnects faster. Not really that important as well, been able to reproduce it on any other Rom.
- And last but not least, video playback. Yeah I know all the devs are aware of this issue but just mentioning it tho. When using the setting "Disable Hardware overlays (always use GPU to compose the screen)" used to fix night mode flickering on any Rom , this causes some video playback to fail at rendering, not on youtube tho, but on Netflix or Disney+ (which I believe are using AV1 codecs?). In this specific this rom, this setting boosts performance at rendering the UI (similarly to pixel experience rom tho) but as I said, it fails at rendering video on some apps (this last thing is shared across all the roms available afaik).
That's all I could find, things like VoLTE, fingerprint unlocking and such are working quite nice and the general Rom experience is great with any Rom out there, this one imo is not only the most clean but also the most customizable one. So really appreciate the time you invest maintaining this Rom
