Credits to Benny and OMJ for the stock rooted base. This is based off the Android 4.3 OTA for Sprint. Everything works perfectly, very smooth, excellent battery life.

Added FQS (FLEXtended Quick Settings) - this method is done completely differently from lyapotas method. It includes:
- enabled Data Roaming option in QuickSettings
- enabled GPS in QuickSettings
- you can now go straight to ringtones selection from QuickSettings
- Screen TIme Out Toggles in QuickSettings
- Added a SyncAll Button in QuickSettings

BlinkFeed can now be disabled if you so choose. (Full Wipe Only) It can be enabled by going to settings (See Post #2. if you post the obvious you're gonna look real dumb)
Added option "Stay awake" in Settings > Display (screen will never sleep while charging)
Added option "Maximum brightness level" in Settings > Display > Brightness

made homescreen 100% more faster. opening and closing app drawer and more homescreen actions are much more faster
unlock screen is much more faster as well (50% faster)
made rom alot more snappier by speeding up animations
(open and close app drawer to see the difference) hehe

recent apps loads up faster
increased wifi scan to save battery
screen rotation is faster
increased speeds of interface animations to make the phone alot more responsive and faster

but a full wipe is always recommended when changing between roms

try to do a full reboot. the script should kick in then
if that doesnt work here is a temp fix

download script manager and run this script
extract and copy the attached script to your sd card, run the script using script manager with root enabled. you only need to run it once and it will survive reboots

gonna fully remove it from the next build

As long as it's from the same base you'll probably be fine.

I do it all the time and rarely ever an issue. Once in a great while an app might need a clear data or clear defaults. But I always do a backup just in case.

What ROM are you coming from?

Doing full Data Restore can be worse than just dirty flashing.

If you see things like Partition changes etc. then I would say wipe it.

This looks like what I'm looking for in a rom. Basically stock without unnecessary theaming, useful mods and slimed down. Good stuff dude

Edit: I read through the OP changeling and didn't see the silence camera mod. Do you think you can include that in the future?
