[ROM][10] hadesRom Q Stock v2.0 for Exynos S10e/S10/S10+ [12.04.2020]

Hi everyone. I managed to flash this rom, but I have some problems:

1. once booted, I cannot access recovery anymore, unless I flash another TWPR, but then I can boot in recovery but not able to boot the system(bootloop).

2. in system no magisk is working. I tried from ver 21 to 25.

3. If I flash magisk straight after the rom in TWRP... again bootloop.

Any ideas, suggestions?

1. as far as I understand you managed to downgrade from A11 or A12 to A10, since A11 bootloader update you need to have usb cable connected to your computer to be able to boot recovery, buttons combo won't be enough imo
2. to be able to use magisk you need to align the apk version with the one installed in twrp.img, if your twrp isn't patched you need to download CTC9 twrp.img, patch it with magisk, flash as recovery in twrp and reboot recovery to boot up rooted, that's normal procedure for s10 series at that point
3. this never worked in 10 series, no ramdisk in boot img forced us to use patched recovery method

i'm not sure A10 recovery will boot with A12 bootloader tho

thank you man for you in detail explanation. I am on another Rom already. If it will be a next time, I will follow your instructions. Maybe your advices could be a big help other guys!

Hi I have an s10e with E bootloader. I flashed stock android 10 system.img vendor.img product.img with twrp, it opened with android 10, but wifi and camera are not working. how can i run them?

and also is there any way to go back to android 9? I need android 9. thanks.

Are you planning to update hadesRom to the latest versions of Android and OneUI? This is by far the greatest rom I've ever used, and I still use it on a daily basis. I (and I'm sure many others) would be extremely grateful if it was updated. I could even financially support you in this endeavor if that's what it takes.

@corsicanu, install instructions are meant for the Android versions existing when the ROM was developed. Will Hades install fine if I am on stock Android 12, or should I take additional measures?

noob question guys. im just want to know possible or not possible. for now im currently running one ui 4 with bootloader U7, so if i rooted the phone and unlock the bootloader, can i install this rom using twrp without any problem like bootloop, bricked or something like that.

To be clear first !
U have to unlock bootloader first, before rooting ur phone ... that's said
Second : U're talking about U7 ... so, ur device is maybe a SM-975U right ?
If so, u can't unlock it ... sorry
