Hi! First of all, thanks so much for making a rom that supports the s10e, I've been using hades since the s8 days
One question that I can't find an answer to: the s10e has its fingerprint reader in the power button and unlocks the phone already on touch of power button (not on press). This causes the odd behavior, that if I press the power button to wake it up, it unlocks and wakes the phone on touch and puts it to sleep on press which means I constantly put the phone to sleep when I actually want to wake it xD
Is there a way to disable the wake on touch of the power button? There was a setting in the standard android 9 rom for that but I can't find it in this one.

This isn't rom related but here's a fix : Just touch it, stop pressing it. Pressing is useless and trips the button's lifespan.

hi, i have been waiting for your rom man there's nothing like the work you do, but i have some questions because right now i don't have a pc, longstory...

so if i understand, may i updgrade my phone from 9 to 10 with twrp only?
if yes... so i flash the rom and after that the modem/bootloader and the new twrp? or twrp need to be updated first? i just got confused because you said to download twrp for the current android version so if im still on 9 im ok with the one i already have or i need the one for Android 10? or is ok to flash but need to update after?

im actually using hades rom for pie with twrp you pointed for that version and all the setup

sorry to ask this but i really want to try android 10 but i want to be safe since i have no pc to rescue my device or to do a odin flash


and someone have tried mock location patch by smali patcher? or know a way to spoof location ?

yes i did it, you even quoted my edited post... and i also was asking because i am not able to use a pc for flashing anything so was worried but yeah i should have ? but it works and im very comfortable with this new version

except for the dual messenger that doesn't seem to be patched, but it was before flashing, already tried removing the user and re flashing and doesn't work. Do you use that feature?

haha, yes I'm aware that is possible, but the issue is also that the button trips when I touch it while putting it back in my pocket, turning the phone back on. It seems the rom sets the phone to be identified as an s10+ which of course doesn't have the combined fingerprint / power button . Is it possible to set a property somewhere that identifies the phone as an s10e again and brings back the option to only verify the fingerprint on press? Or would that require more tinkering with the actual base the rom was built from?

Hi,

I have 973n. Thanks for developing a rom for N version.

I had some problem installing [soft brick] and found solution for the same. Make sure you use ODIN for TWRP and Modem install. Then boot into TWRP and install the rom. Don't update from TWRP as that caused problems for me.

I came from pie, Hadesrom 2.5.

Bluetooth is not working. Can't enable it.

It's weird, because I don't have this issue on S10e (G970F) when I press the the power button to lock, it locks period (no unlocking at the same time)

Normally it works, but sometimes I lock the phone and want to put it in my pocket and while doing so accidentally lightly touch the power button, so the phone wakes back up and my leg starts interacting with it. That's why I'd like the option back ^^

hi

i just reflashed the rom this time selected wipe option but dual messenger still only can clone messenger apps not all apps... i mean it doesn't work like "modded" but it does it in the stock way, when i first flashed the rom and didn't wipe i was able to use the apps i had previously clonned but with some problems like asked for location permissions even when was granted thats why i reflashed the rom but now i can't clone any other apps becuase are not showed in the dualmessenger settings screen... please tell me how can i do it

also before i was able to use island to create a work profile even before knowing that secure folder was working in the previous android version, but it doesn't work anymore


i'm not providing logs because there is not error it is the normal behavior without the patch but is supossed to be patched

After a few days of trying and reinstalling and upgrading of all stuff related to SafetyNet, I want to share a solution that worked for me. SafetyNet still does not pass but Google Pay is working properly. Other apps that are depending on SafetyNet are also working (but they were working also without applying this final module with solution). I downloaded GPay SQLite Fix and it worked. Hello. Does anyone have any idea why Viper4android does not work for me? It worked great on hades pie but now it keeps saying the driver is not installed. I tried by using the magisk module and the standalone apk.

I'm testing your new rom and so far excellent work. I found only one little bug. The swipe down anywhere on screen to notification panel doesn't work. Everything else is perfect. I went from hadesrom 2.5 (Android 9) with dirty flash. I had to flash it twice because after flashing bootloader/modem zip the warning note about unofficial rom came back on start..

Hey man are you swiping down in home screen? And you have avtivated the settings?
