Do you have a good Guide to install microg?

This is the guide I followed when I was tinkering around with MicroG on Havoc OS 2.9. Should be the same. Unless things have changed, you can't use the setup wizard as I believe that's an Aroma installer and TWRP doesn't support Aroma any more for OP6. You're going to have to do it manually but it's pretty straight forward. You can get the parameters from here

I installed the ROM and I have got several bugs:

The FC in AOSP keyboard. The keyboard opens but when I am going to type the first letter the FC occurs. No problem because I have installed GBoard and use it.

In some apps the ROM shows a laggy behavior, i.e. when setting up a ringtone in settings --> sounds after trying another. After several changes the sound disappears and the response of the rom is slow. In some other apps is lazy to open or to move into them

On the other hand, the ROM is highly customizable.

Thanks for the work.

It's like Open GApps but way, way more battery friendly. Most of your battery used is eaten up by all the Google Apps chatting away to the servers when they shouldn't. Rather than stripping down the Google Framework like most other GApps variants do, MicroG is coded from scratch I believe and is designed to remove that tether and reliability from Google. Most apps require Google Framework integration to function and MicroG does that on a basic level. If you want more functionality, you will have to use FOSS alternatives (Free Open Source Software) from places like F-Droid. You can get a better battery friendly variant of the Google Framework and it's apps by doing this, but it takes a little more effort to set up and get working. I tried it and put some serious hours in to get it functioning and just when I had it working as it should and allowing me to download my purchased apps from the Play Store, all my apps were removed from the Google Cloud Messaging server which meant I wasn't getting any notifications and I rage-uninstalled lol. But you cannot beat the battery friendliness with it. It's God-tier in that department.

the "stock" cam is not the OOS cam, its the snap cam from lineage. "4K UHD" works i don't know how to put it in 60f ... but generally i use gcam.

Is there any way to get face unlock?
Google removed face unlocking from android 10

Screen-off torch doesn't work after clean flash. Just vibrate on long press.
Working fine in my device check power button settings from configration center

Do all modes in stock cam work? Including 4K60?

You have 3 options
1.You can use debloater module from magisk manager
2.install opengapps with config-file to replace stock dialer with Google dialer
3.Gapps varient (when released)

No idea about xposed

I would not write about the problem without checking the settings. This is one of the most useful features (for me) of this firmware, and I was disappointed that it did not work after clean flash. Of course, I can assign a flashlight to some swipe, but it will not be so convenient.
Sorry for my google-translate-English.

Okay, we have a bug here: torch works only if one of following toggles in Ambient Display settings are ON:
- always on
- new notifications
- music ticker
- double tap
- pick up
- hand wave
- pocket
The solution is to use AOD but i don't need it.

The power button torch uses the aosp ambient code for proximity check that's why it doesn't work when everything's off.

First things first you can't remove aosp msg/call app in A10. Instead of doing that flash stock gapps with config file attached below.
Place that Config file in root of internal storage.

Thanks for the great ROM buddy.

Just want to point something out - you are left out a crucial step after "Flash ROM". Please add "Flash TWRP again". Due to this, it left me with a screen that says "No Command"
Installation.png

MAKE SURE YOU'RE ON THE LATEST STABLE OOS 10 FIRMWARE FROM HERE

DO NOT EVER WIPE SYSTEM OR VENDOR ON THE OP6!!!!!

1. If you're coming from another ROM or need to perform a clean flash:

- Boot into TWRP
MAKE SURE YOU'RE USING ONLY mauronofrio TWRP: IMAGE | ZIP INSTALLER
- Flash OOS in TWRP
- Flash TWRP Installer
- Reboot to recovery
- Flash OOS in TWRP again to make sure its on both slots
- Flash TWRP Installer
- Reboot to recovery
- Flash ROM
- Wipe Data and Cache
- Reboot to Recovery
- Flash OpenGApps
- Flash ONLY the latest Magisk(Optional)
-Any mods you want to flash (I won't be supporting Custom Kernels or Xposed)
Enjoy
