There are some ss for people who are curious.
came to this from bootleggers Q, solely for this having data working... at first i thought mby its because i dirtyflashed over bootleg... wiped everything and tried again, nogo.. let me know if you get it working with another BL/Modem... im currently on XXU1BPL5 and nothing gets data working, also tried setting apns manually after deleting the auto set ones
After doing some research it seems that even Pixel phones have the same network issues... Perhaps its a google thing... will keep on researching... And changing Modem did nothing
Just uninstalled crDROID Android Q version and it had access to Data Network, problem was that it not as stable... Is it possible to copy a few of his ideas... I tested it on a J500FN...

Download them from websites and test them by your self(probably work)

Well i didn't flash the latest one, so i downloaded and flashed it and it worked, but thanks it would've helped me if i didn't find it myself ^^
