Hello, I got a problem installing the firmware. It gives an error code 7. I don't know what to do, help to solve the problem.
Same for me. Solved after install Global 11.0.1.0 firmware
Download the zip file to your phone from this link: https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/firmware/lavender/stable/V11.0.1.0.QFGMIXM/
Restart your device and flash the previous zip file with OrangeFox recovery manager.
I have an issue. Recently my wifi connection gets lost then after 2 or 3 seconds reconnects or just shows up in available networks. I don't know whats the issue. Will the 2 dec update have any effect on it?

hey, is it necessary to wipe data to upgrade from 10 plus to the Android 11 build?
I tried to dirty flash the ROM both with Predator and 11.0.1.0 and it's stuck in all black screen after the Redmi logo (the Google logo doesn't appear)

But it didn't work for me! After a bit or playing around I figured out that I was forced to remove the two lines in the updater-script, re-zip it and flash it to make it work - Redmi Note 7 Global version.
After a few days of using the ROM I can say it's worth a try. Thanks Mr. Cake Baker
A few things..
- after you get a missed call, the missed call icon in the top bar randomly pops-up (without name or/and number of the caller) when you scroll on recent calls or go to view the details about the call, and then the icon disappears. After you've been already notified and marked it/viewed it, it's still popping-up randomly.
- the notification dot (at least in my case) doesn't work anymore. I really love and miss this this function. I have notifications enabled and nothing blinks at the bottom when I receive a notification. Maybe it's just a stupid setting that I've missed?
- i'm not sure, but i think the battery on pervious versions was lasting longer in compare to this one - same apps, same usage. i'm actually always using the battery saver function and with previous PE ROMS i had the phone with regular use lasting for 2days. i don't play games and my screen is always set to a normal brightness, +dark backgrounds etc. i'm not sure why this rom is so hungry?
overall a good, smooth rom. the voice/speaker sound quality seems better than in previous pe roms,
camera also sometimes looks better (not sure lol), it's fast and responsive and yeah, haven't tested network functions such as tethering yet, but i can say i will hold to it.
Hi all when i play netflix it showed only black screen with audio playing on pe11. How to fix this?
on Pixel Experience 10 Plus, if "Control Playback when the screen is locked with volume buttons" is enabled, i cannot change the volume when the screen is locked, i can only long press to change music but cannot change volume anymore.
you can try either my solution (https://xdaforums.com/t/rom-10-lavender-pixel-experience-official-aosp.3930709/post-83989803) or this one (https://xdaforums.com/t/rom-10-lavender-pixel-experience-official-aosp.3930709/post-84025573) , it implies to modify one text fine inside of your downloaded zip before you flash it...

It seems like a lot of people has problem withe the current State of PE.
But as usual no one comes up with proper logcat or any kind of way to support it.
All I see is same thing i mentioned even in #2 of this thread .
Other than that, all sorts of disrespectful comments.
Some guy post missing features as bugs .Then another guy say ROM is crap. To begin with you both type of guys should know that this is a custom ROM and it has both its upsides and downsides.
Now to those who are comparing with previous maintainer of PE with me , to those , everything has hacks. Every lil bug there is can be fixed instantly with some kind of hacks. But that doesn't mean it has to be fixed right away without
further researching on it. because that means ,it is only a way to fix it so that user's don't complain and what I'm looking for is a long term fix.Not some fix that will fix for now and will be dead in future. But seeing some people making fun out of a project which someone is really working hard on is really demotivating.
I'm not gonna say i can fix all bugs. But I am definitely trying to keep it clean as much as possible as this is my only device and i use this rom for my daily needs . So , i'd care for it as much as anyone here would. But that doesn't mean anyone will say anything about it without even reading the roms features and bugs list which is utterly not acceptable.
and those who are concerned why am i replaced with previous maintainer ? Why not even ask the PE developers about it rather than hearing from the previous maintainer? Hope this post makes things clear.

Notes : For this build i'll suggest to make clean flash . A lot of things have been changed .
But dirty flash is a optional which you can do always. In any case if its causing issues , Clear data of that specific app.
Incase some livewallpaper is lagging , it is due to hardware limitations.
