Hi. I was install LineaseOS 17.1 to xz2c. Then, installed the app that I use.
But, Some apps not work because, Rooting detected from my Phone.

Of course, I didn't rooting. (Wipe and only installed LOS and gapps)

I think I recognize it as a Rooted device due to the settings such as build.prop.

To solve this problem, I've tried Magesk or some other method( LOS Recovery -> pull build.prop and Modify), and there's still a problem.

I want to know which part of build.prop or what elements of something else are recognized as a routing device and how to solve this problem.

How should I fix something?

If you have magisk installed you can check the magiskHide Props Config to assign the fingerprint to the stock rom of your device. Also you can hide magisk in settings and try the "universal safetynet fix" magisk module. Applying these all could help, but im no expert :D

Thank you for your answer.

You have installed magisk and installed magiskHide Props Config 5.4.0 and universal safety net fix 1.1.1.

But Safetynet ctsProfile failed, and some apps works well, but others didn't.

Here is the rebase kernel for LineageOS 17.1/18.0/18.1, which tag at LA.UM.9.3.r1-01700-sdm845.0. You can try and feedback to us. Some wired issues like TF card reading should be fixed.

Steps: Flash dtbo in fastboot and sideload the Anykernel3 in LineageOS Rec.

Device:
akari > XZ2
apollo > XZ2C
akatsuki > XZ3

Hi! This kernel for xz2c dualsim ( h8324 ) seems good. But if I try to make more then a few pictures ( 3-5 ) the sony stock camera goes to a little slow, then freezee.. Not just the cam soft, the whole mobile slowing down. ( force stop the cam doesn't help, just reboot solve it ). With lineage cam, good... Until i start the sony cam. I'm on the 0430 LOS17.1 Anyway, thanks for the up to date kernel for us!

Hello;

I've tried the last 2 rom (20210514 and 20210507) on a xz2c device, with and without gaps, but I always have the following issue:

The microphone does not seem to work when using applications like wire, skype, ...

On the other hand normal voice calls and audio recorder works perfectly.

Does anyone else have this issue or an idea how to fix it?

Flashing LOS 17.1 (build 20210115) on my XZ2 Compact fails.

Recovery used was Lineage Recovery, same build.

Here is the recovery.log. Relevant (I guess) stuff at the 349-second mark.

Device is the SO-05K model with the bootloader unlocked (followed this guide).

This was a first-time install. Got the error on this part, 5th step.

I hope you can help me. Thank you!
I have the same problem.
I'm stuck in "LOS Recovery" and I can't go back or get out of there.
I've tried twrp, ubuntu, etc.
Code:
"Failed to flush cached data: No space left on device (28)".
"w: failed to read / sys / class / thermal / thermal_zone75 / temp: No such device"

Hello, I tried following this to get TWRP installed along with Lineage: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/rom-11-lineageos-18-1-unofficial.4195805/post-84616281

Everything works fine, except I can't save anything to internal storage, or even create a new folder. My folder is instead filled with folders named with a string of random letters and numbers. When I try and mkdir in an adb shell inside of /sdcard, I get "required key not available". It basically makes my internal storage unusable, which makes life pretty difficult, since a lot of apps rely on that (not to mention not having that storage available to begin with). Does anyone know what the problem might be?

EDIT: It seems in those instructions where it says not to format data, I should instead format the data. Seems to be working much better now.

That procedure was for the Xperia XZ2 Compact Dual, model H8324, correct?
My model is SO-05K.

If anybody else is fighting Google Pay to start working properly.

I did the following (not sure if all steps are necessary).

1. Magisk Hide google play services (no google pay in the hide list for me)
2. install 3 Magisk modules:
Safety net fix (https://github.com/kdrag0n/safetynet-fix/releases)
Magisk Hide props config
Busybox for android
3. Install terminal app from play store.

4. now you can follow this instruction -> https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...sprofile-false-gpay-and-banking-apps.4080921/

5. Clean storage for play services, play market and google pay.

select xz2 compact from the model list

Good news: As announced in the XZ2 thread, I've managed to port the stock camera (SemcCamera) - you can find it in the OP ("add-ons").
Hello Olivier,

Is there any chance you'll fix stock camera for 17.1? I see you have plans to fix it for LOS 18.1 but this ROM is officially abandoned. I would love to update to 18.1 but some of my health releated apps are not working properly on android 11.

Thanks for your work!

p.s. Also I see that 17.1 has a build from May. Does it mean that automatic official 17.1 updates will still be available for 17.1 (sec patches at least)?

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 10, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

    Code:
    /*
    * Your warranty is now void.
    *
    * I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
    * thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
    * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
    * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
    * you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
    */

    NOTE
Should you ever face any issues, capture logs. I also need to know what build you're on (build number or at least a date).
Hint: "It doesn't work" is not a bug report and posts like this will be ignored.

    KNOWN ISSUEs
    • The Sony stock camera does not work at the moment.

    INFO
This ROM does not use the device trees/kernel from sonyxperiadev (aka SODP). The device tree was made from scratch, and the stock kernel (based off 52.1.A.x.y) has been used.

    Successful installation

Thorough reading resulted in a successful installation.
    1. For XZ2 Compact Dual Sim (H8324) (H8314 single will work probably also)
    2. Used Rom 2020-05-25 by Olivier
    3. Used boot image from Olivier
    a. This has “Lineage Recovery” not “TWRP”.
    b. Functions better for A/B devices, less bricked devices expected
    4. Installed zips by adb sideload:
    a. https://opengapps.org arm64, android 10, nano
    b. SuperSu
    5. Download and install adb + fastboot (version from platform google, not the old 15 second installer)
    6. Download and install Sony XZ2 compact drivers for fastboot situation
    7. Enable USB debugging at phone
    8. Unlock bootloader
    9. To get into fastboot mode: Press + hold volume down when connect usb cable in phone (and pc)
    10. In Windows cmd:
    a. adb devices –> use at every use of adb to check connection with phone (winusb drivers needed)
    b. adb reboot bootloader
    c. fastboot devices –> use at every use of fastboot to check connection with phone (sony drivers needed)
    d. fastboot flash boot boot.img
    11. Installing LineageOS from recovery:
    a. If you are not in recovery, reboot into recovery:
    1. With the device powered off, hold Volume Down + Power and choose Recovery Mode.
    b. Now tap Factory Reset, then Format data / factory reset and continue with the formatting process. This will remove encryption and delete all files stored in the internal storage, as well as format your cache partition (if you have one).
    c. Return to the main menu.
    d. Sideload the LineageOS .zip package:
    1. On the device, select “Apply Update”, then “Apply from ADB” to begin sideload.
    2. On the host machine, sideload the package using: adb sideload filename.zip
(takes a while after counter stops at 47%...)
    3. (Optionally): If you want to install any additional add-ons, click Advanced, then Reboot to Recovery, then when your device reboots, click Apply Update, then Apply from ADB, then adb sideload filename.zip those packages in sequence.
    4. Note: If you want Google Apps on your device, you must follow this step before booting into LineageOS for the first time!
    12. Once you have installed everything successfully, click the back arrow in the top left of the screen, then “Reboot system now”.
    13. (Warning: Depending on which recovery you use, you may be prompted to install additional apps and services. We strongly advise you to opt out of installing these, as they may cause your device to bootloop, as well as attempt to access or corrupt your data.)
