Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. Lineage OS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

* go to TWRP  and do a full wipe (system, data, cache, dalvik/art cache) !
* reboot to bootloader
* extract Lineage.zip
* run: fastboot flash system <drag system.img here>
* reboot to TWRP
* reboot to TWRP
* flash gapps(optional) 
* flash root(optional)
* flash los_patches_prague.zip
NOTE: this zip is needed for having a working build. DO NOT IGNORE IT !
* reboot system
* Enjoy !!![/CENTER]

Update

[CENTER]* extract the new update of AOSP
* reboot device to :  TWRP
* wipe cache, dalvik cache and system
* reboot to bootloader
* extract Lineage.zip
* run: fastboot flash system <drag system.img here>
* reboot to TWRP
* install gapps(optional, needed it you previously had it)
* install los_patches_prague.zip
* NOTE: this zip is needed for having a working build. DO NOT IGNORE IT !
* reboot to System

On opengapps website you can download nano and pico versions which are the best.

help me plz

I need help please, I am novice to installing custom rom

.
When I install a custom rom on my phone p8 lite 2017 (I try DarkJoker360 AOSP 10 and [ROM] [10] LineageOS 17.1) I have a problem with the storage , installation of certain google play application , when open camera have message "insertsd card before using camera" and my files in my phone no longer look like anything I have known with the original rom, no music, dcim, download folder ...) see my screenshot.

Because on Android 10 the zip file is not compatible with our TWRPs and it is giving flashing errors or bootloops for some. Also you can flash as img through TWRPs.

just installed this rom after repairing my display and replacing the battery. The rom is smooth and don't seem to have problems till now.
The only thing i noticed is the fingerprint doesn't work.. but i can't say if it's a my problem, i could've attached bad the flat cable.

Successfuly installed this ROM on clear emui 8.0 honor 6x 4/64.But after install all thing I installed stock recovery and wiped cache and do factory reset

I followed this post https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=76985321&postcount=6 for decrypt but when i want delete "fstab.hi6250" for remplace with fstab.hi6250 (modified with delete line ,fileencryption=aes-256-xts:aes-256-cts) i have error in trwp "rm -rf process ended with error:1" or "cp"/external_sd/fstab.hi6250" "/vendor/etc" process ended with error:1" when copy
somebody have solution ?
edit: resolved with wipe data in twrp ( when wipe data twrp uncrypt system )

Installed emui 8 with hwota
installed darkjoker twrp
did full wipe
installed system image through fastboot
tried to boot but got bootloop
installed stock recovery and wipe cache partition, tried to do factory reset but got error
successfully boot into rom
again installed darkjoker twrp

i have same problem resolved with wipe data in twrp ( when wipe data twrp uncrypt system )

for hi256 best rom is stock
on custom rom you dont have full power of battery
or other problems..
back to stock rom and enjoy ...

i have p8 lite 2017
this is my first custom rom that i install i have no problem can be a slight higher battery consumption compared to the original huawei rom
