I need to download the previous version, but I can't find it now. The earliest is 20190302.zip

The earliest version found now is 20190131, and the camera has a problem. Previous versions can install gsi directly. can also use the features of the moto phone.
maybe,i need 20190226.zip

Encryption still isn't working properly on the latest nightly. Coming from an encrypted 15.1 install causes the prompt for a password/pattern to always say it's incorrect, while attempting to encrypt from a fresh install of 16 causes a boot loop.
On the plus side, 15.1 installs fine with the newest recovery, so anyone who needs it can downgrade while this bug persists.

I have installed the last update and I am right now configuring my Moto Z.

I have installed the last recovery form erfanoabdi (https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=1395089523397907952) via fastboot.

Command used:
Code:
fastboot flash recovery twrp-oemasvendor-2.img
After that I put the code that erfanoabdi putted, but I got an error but I continued.

Code:
fastboot erase cache
I got into Recovery and after that I formatted the data and wiped all parts in the advanced menu. After that I copied the last build of LineageOS (https://download.lineageos.org/griffin lineage-16.0-20190307-nightly-griffin-signed.zip ), Magisk (the cannary one: https://github.com/topjohnwu/magisk_files/tree/master/canary_builds files: magisk-release.zip and app-full-release.apk ) a copy of GApps (https://opengapps.org/?download=false&arch=arm64&api=9.0) and also the Permissiver_v2.zip file that erfan shared some time ago just in case.

The order of the installation I followed is this:
- LineageOS
- Magisk
- Open GApps
- Permissiver file

I had a problem with a reboot while installing Magisk, but I shut the phone before loading the OS (this is risky) but after I got again into Recovery, I installed again Magisk and I had no problem with the installation.

As I said, right now I haven't finished to config my device, but as I wrote this it has finished, so now I have installed the Magisk App (app-full-release.apk) copied in the device before, and configure it so you can use Google Pay:
- Settings -> Hide Magisk Manager
- Wait for the app to restart
- Magisk Hide -> Show system -> Look for Google Pay and select it

Hope you have some questions solved @netizenn and @SteveJobt

I used similar steps to install GSI over the new LOS and succeeded. So I can confirm that it works for installation GSI too.

I can also confirm that the order from fonso_s works. Thank you very much.

Nevertheless, the device gives me a warning (trust) SELinunx is deactivated. That is probably due to the installation of the Permissiver. Is there anything to do here to get it activated again? Which consequences does the deactivation have?

The twrp-oemasvendor-2.img lacks squashfs-support, therefore the installation of the lineageos-image fails as /cache cannot be accessed. One needs to format /cache as ext4 to get it working.

Encryption is still broken in 20180307: after enabling it, one can see the Android robot for about 3 seconds, then the phone reboots and is stuck in an bootloop :(

Twrp---wipe---advance wipe --choose cache -repair or change file system, ext4.
;)

That's what I did with the cache filesystem and after that step I could install it.
How to fix encryption? Which filesystem / partition are you referring to with your advanced wipe and format to ext4, please?

Installed with new twrp, new magisk, everything works. Except one thing. It doesn't fully read my MicroSD card. 80% of directories shown as files (the cannot be opened), 20% of directories can be opened. If there is solution for this, please help.

Anyone also have problems with Pixel Launcher in official builds? Mine stopped working since i installed official builds. Crash when I set as default launcher. Analysing the logs i've seen something related to statusbar permissions.
Ps.: i make a clean install
