It has lag when pull down notification bar. And i can't find rom control everywhere. Does this rom have one. I do clean install.

@Dovanchuc7521 any idea why your rom would bootloop when adding att csc? works fine for all other roms, but with yours it just boots for a few seconds then reboots... i tried your rom without the att csc and i liked it but i cant do without the att stuff.

Like I said, it will boot for just a few seconds, then reboot. It will do this 2 or 3 times then boot to recovery.

If I flash without changing the odm it works perfect.

Tried that. As soon as I changed the files and rebooted, it would no longer boot...

Same result. Boots for a few seconds, then reboots. Does this twice then reboots to recovery. I wish I could figure this out cause I'd like to give this rom a shot...

weird. id say something relating to file/folder permission. now exactly which is a good question. try this:

from the last valid backup u have on usa csc, restore efs and carrier config partition after flash rom. if it boots then i think i know what the issue is when flashing either csc pack.

No go. I think it is some kind of conflict with the systemui cause for the few seconds it does boot, there is no status bar. I also got a "systemui not responding" popup once before it rebooted.

definitely a perms issue.
