HiI flashed V126.96.36.199.QJGMIXM with orange fox. After a reboot into OF, it still shows 188.8.131.52. Why is that? Do we really have to flash MIUI full rom to update vendor?
Checked build.prop file in vendor partition. vendor.build.security_patch=2020-11-01
So, flashing latest A10 vendor did exactly nothing.
I downloaded the vendor file from here; https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/archive/firmware/surya/
really? Now I'm not sure.. If this is firmware, where could I check if it got updated? And then remains the question how to update vendor.
Wait it out. Then flash via Mi Flash tool the latest MIUI 10 https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/miui/surya/stable/V184.108.40.206.QJGMIXM/hi guys, I'm on stock latest MIUI 12.5 (Android 11) and I want to flash RR.
I already start unlocking the bootloader (166 hours remaining)
What's the right way to flash RR? Is there anyway of bricking since it is downgrading from A11 to A10?
Do I need to flash 12.0.9 firmware before flashing RR?
Is there anyway to bypass the waiting for unlocking bootloader?
Thank you Very muchWait it out. Then flash via Mi Flash tool the latest MIUI 10 https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/miui/surya/stable/V220.127.116.11.QJGMIXM/
Be careful not to relock your bootloader when doing so.
Then follow instructions in OP to flash recovery and latest RR.
Note: you'll have to format your data, including internal storage.
No issue here with Bluetooth. But I don't have viper installed.Small input bug I have noticed after using RROS v8.6.9 for over a week: when editing text fields, the context menu popup is displayed in front of the field instead of slightly above, making it useless in practice. Anyone else noticed this?
Also, bluetooth audio is showing a few crashes and a lot of interference, but I do have ViPER FX 2.7 Magisk module installed, so there's a lot of variables here.
