Uploading new build with July security patch. As always let me know if something strange arise.

Are the random reboots even fixable? That's kinda the only thing keeping me from daily driving this ROM.

Random reboot are a kernel bug that I'm not capable of solving and that other Dev way better then me haven't solved yet. Without help from Sony (and I don't think it will ever arrive) we are stuck with those for now. Should be better than before but I will not old my breath waiting for them to be solved. I'm sorry.

I don't use gcam, maybe some other user can answer to you. Or you can try and report which version works and which not.

if you change your fingerprint with magisk and hide root on all playstore related apk's your phone will recognized as certified, so you can install gcam from the playstore. That was the case on my phone

Thanks for your help! But the one from play store has a maxed resolution of 13.1 and it misses a lot of features, I was hoping to get one of the ported mods. Anw thanks for the help

The latest gcam versions from all the popular modders mostly work (7.3 from arnova doesn't). 7.4 is the best if you want the latest, but the shutter key doesn't work in any version above 7. Everything works in version 6.2 (disable stabilization to get proper 60 FPS video, apply buffer fix to fix stuttery camera and set RAW FORMAT to RAW_SENSOR, Image Format to YUV_422_888 from HDR+ options- you have to enable advanced mode from About section to get all the options ). If you want version 7, get 7.4 from BSG or 7.3 from Parrot043.

Hi all,
I've uploaded a test build in the usual folder (not aosp), something new.
I'll try it maybe tomorrow to see if boots up and what works or not, but if someone wants to try it before, well, it's there.

Please referre to this to PM me a logcat in case doesn't boot, I'll be very helpfull; also please to not clog this thread that is AOSP releated PM me the list of working/not working. If it boots I'll create a specific thread for that.

Little sidenote: fingerprint will not work, I'd to remove it from kernel module due to some incompatibility. I'll re-add it later if the rests behave correctly

Sorry but what do you mean with "twrp doesn't works?" you just need to not flash recovery during installation or reflash twrp. I'm using the latest official version and works perfectly.

Shouldn't. Is built for f5121 and maybe works with some minor issue on f5122 but f5321 is a completely different device.

I got a xperia x today and it would be really nice to use android 10 or 9 as a daily driver with very few issues someday, so i would appreciate the work :good:
