I recommend Orangefox Recovery Project, it can find on xda. (do not post about this)
and this rom include gapps, don't flash opengapps or nikgapps after flashing rom

After flashing rom from other rom, if device can't boot on oem logo, 
go to recovery and format data (It will wipe your internal storage, so BE CAREFUL)

If you flashed it over other than 12.0.3 stock ROM (as OP says) then you did it wrong

you need 12.0.3.0 vendor/firmware/boot before flashing this rom,
i think you're using other boot image
it cause wifi problem
