Any guides to flashing magisk without the twrp recovery? I'm a tad new to rooting and I've already unlocked the bootloader through fastboot with the moto code. I got stuck in bootlooped flashing the patched magisk file. Any help would be great.

Here you go
Make sure you have the latest ADB to support fastbootd. You can toggle between "fastboot reboot bootloader" and "fastboot reboot fastboot"
The following MUST flash in fastbootd
boot.img (including Magisk patched one)
super or system
vbmeta
recovery
dtbo
NO EXCEPTION!!!!!
The rest are flashed in regular fastboot

Hello, first of all thank you very much for the ROM is very stable, I have a question, some way to pass the safetynet?
That will be fine on next build.

Some infos about next build :
cons : that will be a user build instead of userdebug and signed with private/release keys, so you will have to format data (again). Sorry for that.
The first flash process will be a bit more complicated, but i'll give details on how to achieve that. But that's a one shot action only.

pros: It will now have OTA support (weekly build on monday). We're keeping unofficial term cause we have to ship gapps on device with dynamic partitions, but it follows official process anyway.

Same as the last poster, curious if this will continue to get updates. I know with all this stuff going on it's hard, just I don't have any confidence in Moto lol. I think I remember you from my Moto X Play days. Always loved your work. I've been debating getting the Hyper, but if you'll be supporting it, I'm definitely getting it.

Edit: after following the download link, I see there are lots of current builds. Not sure if anyone is running them, or if they're automatic builds. Didn't know device name was Def either, lol. Thanks. Still looking for feedback from anyone who may be using these.
