I was just looking at the Pixel Experience download page (https://download.pixelexperience.org/) and it says there is a download for the Redmi Note 7 Pro (violet), but I don't see one for the Redmi Note 7 Global Version (lavender). So I'm wondering if there will be one for this or if the one for the Pro version would work. I live in the United States so the Global Version has a lot better network coverage than the Pro Version. Especially for LTE 4G. Actually I bought a Pro Version one from China and I'm waiting to receive it. But will attempt to return it or may just sell it here. But I also bought the Global Version which is out for delivery to me even as I type this. Just joined these forums and they're great. Thanks for your help.

Thanks much for your response. I thought that was what's up with that. Someone said a developer is working on Pixel Experience for the Note 7. I just received my Note 7 Global and am going to set it up now. It'll be okay for now. I'm not a heavy duty gamer or anything like that. I'll add Gcam for low light situations and maybe better HDR and to shoot 4k videos, and Opencam for 4k video stabilization and it'll be fine. From the images I've seen comparing Note 7 Global to Note 7 Pro I didn't see much difference and actually preferred some of the Note 7 Global images. Thanks.

Thanks, it is beautiful bye bye Huawei Mate 10. I am using it with gcam.

I have two issue to report though,

(1) I think the IR sensor is not working. I have downloaded the Mi Remote apk but somehow I am not able to IR anything.
(2) Sim 1 is recognized as Sim 2

Anybody know the fix?

Always liked the pixel experience. The only problem is not able to use Google pay application with the pixel experience. It says some security issue problem.

The old version works well for me (really thanks!). Today I flash the new version, but my phone always boots to fastboot.
I flash back the old version, and succeed boot my devices.

My phone's current fireware is V10.2.10.0.PFHINXM. I also try to use V10.2.8.0.PFHCNXM with this new version, but my phone still boots to fastboot. (Flash FCrypt disabler or not has no effect)

I have installed 10 may build and I am having some issues

1. FM Radio is still force closing
2. Mobile data is unable to turned off; internet is accessible even when mobile data is turned off!
3. Whenever I try to connect headphones with bluetooth it just crashes!

Now some good things are

1. Battery backup is awesome! Around 10.5 hours of SOT (without PUBG)
2. Gcam is working better.
3. Overall performance is very good!

And at last yeah! Thanks a lot for fixing dt2w and other bug, hoping you will fix the remaining bugs too!?

yes you must be on v10.2.10 and then
1. boot your phone into fastboot
2. using latest platform tools run this command fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img (inserting gdrive link for vbmeta and twrp builder images. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/16JhRjAvx6ZCJSFsMQ8xwF2Vew-TlrCUS?usp=sharing)
3. flash twrp
4. boot into twrp using power and volume + button
5. now format data and then wipe system, Dalvik, cache and data
6. flash Pixel Experience
7. flash Fcrypt Disabler
Reboot your device

The file app cannot scan all music files. The local music player also seems to use the scan results of the file app, so some music cannot be played. I can be sure that it is not a problem with the music file format, because it is all ALAC.

bug reporting

1. youtube vanced is working but cant login using the provided micro g apps.
2. whatsapp qr code is not being scanned. entire screen is blurry.

please fix these issues if u can, especially the whatsapp one since this is an important feature that a lot of people use on a daily basis.

my files are being scanned fine but i think it's not scanning the entire metadata embedded in that file since a lot of my album arts are missing from the mp3 files. (all my mp3 files are properly tagged). thats a bummer, looks really ugly without the album arts.
