Wifi Calling not working

Flashed the latest July 16 ROM as per OP method, wifi calling doesn't work.

I'm thinking of buying a Redmi note 7 pro.
I just wanted to know how long it will be supported by Rom developers.
I've seen phones getting more than 5 years of support by the superb developers.
Can I expect 2-3 years of support for this phone (violet) ?!

Xiaomi phone usually have great support. Even my 4 year old Redmi 3s is still supported. So if you buy the phone for development you won't be disappointed.

Google doesn't support wifi calling for every carrier. The Rom uses Google ****s. So it won't work.

Google enabled vowifi on Pixel 3 and 3a devices for Airtel India in June 2020 security update. Does this mean good news for our device? TIA:good:

Got new july update on my redmi note 7 pro _ voilet
But while device boots into orange fox recovery it does not verify the update
Also tried manual update but recovery shows error 7
I don't have pc now
Please help!

Excuse me, can someone explain me the differences between using orange fox instead AOSP recovery in terms of updates? Is only that with orange fox I need to reinstall all the system wiping every update? because if not, needing sideload an update yes and one no, I can't find advantages and I can't flash ANX cameras or similar. Thanks!

Update error

So I tried to update my phone to the new version, my phone restarted and started to install the update, but it showed an Android dead icon with red caution and below that it showed an error and it restarted and I tried again and again but it did the same.

Why there is no video calling option in the dialer app need that badly and by default gcam or miui cam ?

When I am updating its either not updating via ota and if I do through twrp it struck in recovery can u help

Yeah they removed all the builds .... They'll be adding new builds using new trees

why gcam mod is not working on any custom roms on RN7Pro (ecspecially pixel and pixel plus)
i am installing the after formating the storage
but whenever i open gcam it force closes
because of this issue i am forced to change to stock rom
