[ROM] 100% Stock L720_OD2 - 5.0.1 (Original Model Only)

I have tried about 5 different downloads of the modem tar file and it fails every time I try to use Odin. I have also tried different versions of Odin. I have flashed the stock kernel through Odin and it has worked fine and passed. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Well the first thing that I noticed is that you have the Spark version and your posting in the Non-Spark topic, so are you also trying to flash the Non-Spark modem?

I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong, because I do not know for sure, but are they the same... or even compatible?

Have you tired flashing the Modem from the Spark update?

Hardware Version states the L720t. But your Model Number states L720?
So does the Device Name L720.

Where did you find the L720T modem only? My wife's phone is the spark one.

Easiest solution is to boot into twrp and re-flash the ROM. Did you set your screen timeout to 10mins before using FF?

no didnt touch the screen timeout. So just go into twrp and install zip??

That was likely the problem. And yes, just install the .zip

Love the ROM, the only issue I seem to have at this point is the hotspot. I see the posts about Galaxy Tools, went to that site, see he has suspended development. I don't see how to download. I made him a donation, but that didn't change anything. Someone please tell me where the download is for the Galaxy Tools. thanks

that works with this ROM? I thought this was ODEX and the hotspot mod was for the De-Odex - or whatever .................... apparently it works if you're in here with your link.

Make a nandroid backup and delete system/framework/services.jar.odex before flashing.

thanks. Can I do that delete while the system is up (Total Commander), or do I need to do it from recovery mode somehow? Sorry, haven't been into the ROM stuff much the last few months and never as deep as a lot of y'all.
