AOSP (Android Open Source Project) is Android just as Google publishes, without any other modifications or additions. More or less AOSP is the Pixel devices stock ROM without gapps and proprietary additions. Check out the screenshots to know more!

USB otg toggle. check Settings -> Realme Settings

Known issues:
VoWIFI
Ambient gestures: handwave & pocket gesture
Ringtone and notification sounds works only through the Top speaker (Will have to wait for RealmeUI A11 vendor incase if gets unfixed)

Reboot to recovery (Recommended recovery listed in downloads section)
Format data, Wipe cache & dalvik-cache
Flash ROM, Gapps 11 arm64 together (Download Gapps from downloads section)
Done-Reboot Now

Notes:
Don't set lockscreen (pin, password) current recovery can only decrypt data only if pattern lock is set
Double tap to wake works when you lockscreen and then tap power button to turn it on then turn if off again or Remove registered fingerprint, it will work
Incase if you don't get incall screen ui, you probably have to select default dialer
