-You have to be on WW-18.0610.2103.132 on both slot A and B
-Download the ROM and attached TWRP
-Reboot into bootloader with adb reboot bootloader
-Boot TWRP with fastboot boot recovery_last_dmd.img
-Flash AEX Package
-Reboot into bootloader with adb reboot bootloader
-Reboot TWRP with fastboot boot recovery_last_dmd.img
-Format data (You will loose every document, picture, song, data, etc etc)
-And at last Reboot!
[First boot will take a few minutes! Have patience]
Clean Flash is always recommended!
