Result= No Gapps installed. Missing playstore and other components.

You should flash MIUI 12.0.10 Global QCRMIXM.

After flashing the ROM, reboot to recovery then flash OpenGApps unofficial then wipe cache and reboot system.

I recommend OpenGApps unofficial because I haven't tried NikGApps so I have no problems.

I also want to add that I would recommend Komodo OS Android 12 cause Ancient OS still has performance issues even when you disable the hw overlay, unlike Komodo OS, which comes with a good performance with disabled hw overlay. You can also try that with Nusantara 4.0-1 or Octavi A12
