This started happening after your firmware was installed. I think it was ok until only TWRP was the only change, but still on stock firmware. Does the update repartition the phone on first run? Please clarify this behavior is occurs on the stock firmware or our custom ROM?
Thanks!
I can use it on a fresh buildCan anyone check if banking apps or bitwarden like password managers can detect the fingerprint reader? For me it is not there and some hardware inventory apps show it is missing, some show: capable.
Also the HW itself works, because the lock screen can unlock using the enrolled fingers. Can it be some policy settings not advertising the biometrics api to the framework, so apps don't see it?
We use cache partition as vendor (wonder why this is not in the description) so you need to do a FULL wipe before returning to stock. Maybe in the future I will come up with a better solution, but not now. Now there are more critical things to fix. This started happening after your firmware was installed. If your current build is without encrypted userdata, then you need to wipe it. Otherwise the incremental update should workHello, thank you for this amazing work!! I just have on question, can I dirty flash over a previous build?
It's normal. We'll fix it on one of the next builds. I will use this topic as a todo list.I always get "There's an internal problem with your device Contact your manufacturer for details" after reboot.
It's not a big problem. Just a mismatch between system security patch date and vendor date or sth like that - can't remember exactly right now.Is there a workaround I can do for now? Otherwise I have to restore my old Lineage.
Please make new container on github bug tracker - link posted on 1st topic. don't forget add a log from system and kernel.
