I've noticed the same thing about battery drain; I'm on DerpFest on my OnePlus 5T also, with same setup, I only flashed another Kernel (Lazy), and I get about 0.45% on idle drain and about 8% on active use, with about 2 days without charging and about 3.5 hours of SOT.[…]
battery drain is pretty good, you get a day of good usage, or i get a day with normal usage. dunno how to explain this. It almost doesn't matter what you do, it's always a day. that's how i would describe it
Latest build said file corrupt when trying to flash it

You can install apk to use it.
This may be stupid, but how can I update via build in updater? Updater itself claims that I need Internet connection, and I have it, but still can't do it

You have to clean flash this update and hence no OTA is providedThis may be stupid, but how can I update via build in updater? Updater itself claims that I need Internet connection, and I have it, but still can't do it
What about vibrations? Is it better/stronger compared to previous version of this ROM?You have to clean flash this update and hence no OTA is provided
Does this mean I can flash directly from OxygenOS 11.0.0.2?
yes
Thanks, I formated stock 11.0.0.2 ROM in stock recovery, then followed your instructions and I'm now running DerpFest on my device, with Magisk stable 23!
I've tried 3.10.26 and portrait mode seems to crash.
Open camera, go to night mode then switch to portrait to use it
